“I really think I could do that myself,” she told him.
“Well, you aren’t going to. Now, do as you were told.”
With a sigh, she placed her hands on his shoulders and he lifted her foot onto his thigh.
Holy heck.
What kind of a view was he getting? She tried to bend over so she could see, but that disrupted her balance and she started to sway.
“Eek!”
“Tamsyn!” He grasped hold of her waist. “What are you doing?”
“Um. Well. I’d rather not say.”
Because telling him that she wanted to see how much of a view he was getting of her pussy probably wasn’t her best move.
“Stand up, Little one. You’re going to topple over and hurt yourself.” He finished drying her off, then stood and took hold of her hand.
“Um. I need my clothes,” she said as he led her out into the bedroom.
“I asked Roman to get you some of ours.” Sure enough, on the bed was a T-shirt, some boxers, socks, and a sweatshirt.
The T-shirt was old and faded, the writing on it illegible.
“I don’t know why I still have this shirt,” Salem told her as he pulled it over her head. “My sister gave it to me when I was in college.”
Oh, it was so soft and it still smelled faintly of him.
He crouched with the boxers in hand. “These are Roman’s. He probably thought that mine or Alexei’s would fall off you.”
Even Roman’s boxers were too big and Salem had to roll them over a couple of times at the waist. The T-shirt basically covered the boxers so it didn’t look like she was wearing anything.
But she didn’t care.
Next was the sweatshirt. Salem held it up.
“Hmm. This is going to swamp you. But at least you’ll be warm.”
This house felt plenty warm to her, but she’d lived in some horrid conditions. However, she nodded anyway.
He slid the sweatshirt on and she sighed as Alexei surrounded her. It was like he was giving her a hug.
Salem had her sit so he could pull on some dark blue socks that ended up going up to her knees.
She felt so cozy.
And sleepy.
How could she be tired again? It was like her nap had triggered a reaction and now her body just wanted more sleep.
Or maybe it’s that you’ve never been able to relax like you can here. You can fall asleep because you know you’re safe.
“You’re so tired, aren’t you, Little one?” he crooned. “Let’s brush your teeth and then you can go to bed.”
“I don’ts gots a toothbrush,” she muttered.
Wait. Had she just said gots?
