She gasps, laughing, arms clinging to my shoulders. "I can walk, you know."

"I don’t care," I growl, slamming the door shut with my foot. "You’re not walking anywhere tonight, baby."

Her breath catches.

I grin.

She knows exactly what that means.

The second we’re inside,I don’t slow down.

I carry her through the dark cabin, straight to the bedroom.

She clings to me, laughing breathlessly.

"You’re insane," she whispers, pressing her lips against my jaw.

I groan, gripping her tighter.

"You married me, baby," I murmur. "You knew exactly what you were getting into."

She shudders.

Her fingers drag down my back, teasing.

I growl, spinning, pressing her against the bedroom door.

She gasps, arching into me, her pupils blown wide.

I grip her chin. "You like pushing me, don’t you?"

She smirks. "What do you think?"

I chuckle darkly, dragging my thumb over her bottom lip.

"I think…" I lean in, kissing her slow and deep, pulling a soft whimper from her throat. "I think you wanted this."

She moans.

I nip at her jaw, down her throat, letting my hand drag up the soft silk of her dress.

"You wanted me to lose my patience."

She shivers.

"You wanted me to drag you out of that reception and remind you exactly who you belong to."

She swallows.

I smirk. "Say it," I murmur, pressing my thigh between hers, feeling how warm she is.

She bites her lip, squirming. "Ford?—"

I grip her hips, holding her still. "Say it, baby."

She exhales shakily. “I’m yours."

I hum in approval.
