Epilogue ~ FiveYears Later

There’snothing better than this.

Lula and Poppy are singing ‘Bye-bye Miss American Pie’ in the bathroom while Poppy is taking a bath.

I know my wife is exhausted. She had a show last night and she’s been touring for eight months. I’m glad it’s done because I was ready to cancel the rest of the gigs when her latest pregnancy test came up positive.

Poppy is almost four. Jack is eighteen months and now, we’ve got another on the way.

We travel as a family in a tricked out tour bus and the road has its romance but home is here. This is the house Lula picked out the weekend after everything blew up and I thought I was going to lose her.

Part of my groveling included a big fucking ring on her finger and buying this twenty-five acres on a little lake thirty minutes from the garage and my other ventures.

She finished recording her album at Velvet Hammer and got a contract almost immediately. I was a motherfucker about negotiating it with about ten lawyers behind me. No one will take advantage of my wife, not while I’m breathing.

I manage her, deal with all the bullshit so she can just write songs and sing and be fucking happy.

That’s all that matters to me and I’ll still crush anyone or anything that tries to prevent that from happening.

Jack comes toddling around the corner of the kitchen from his pillow in front of the TV watching his mom singing on one of a million YouTube videos that have been made of her since she rocketed to stardom.

Her fame has not been all rainbows and blow jobs though. I have a twenty-four seven security team here at this house and one that follows her everywhere on the rare occasion I’m not with her.

When the kids go to school, I’m not sure what I’ll do. But, I do know they will be safe, I’ll be sure of it.

“Da.” Jack holds out his arms and I reach down and pick him up as he points to the refrigerator. “Ju.”

“You want juice?”

He nods his little blond head and grabs my face in his hands as I kiss his crazy little toddler lips.

I fill his sippy cup and he’s down and toddling back to watch his mom sing.

The fans are great, but I’ve gotten into some hot water a couple times when a few got too close. If they think they are coming near my family, they are going to find out in very painful ways how I’m going to make sure that never happens.

One guy spent a few weeks in the hospital, another in a cast and another…well. There’s a long line of them but fuck that. Keep your fucking distance. This is not hard.

My dad is still off in God knows what state now. I have limited contact with him and have taken over anything legit he had left and shut down everything else.

James is flying in tonight. Still fucking single but I see the envy in his eyes when he’s here visiting. He’s doing great, piling up money with no one to spend it on. I need to find him his one and only. It’s something you just can’t explain.

Diedre and Dan got back together after a long, tough divorce from my father. There was some therapy involved and who knows what else, but Z’s Scrap is still running, mostly without Dan because I made sure they were set up and he didn’t have to ever stress over business again.

I’m as insatiable for my wife as ever. I still fuck her and make sure she’s happy and knows who her Daddy is several times a day. She’s always keeping those amazing tits full for me as well. I’ve kept my promise on that and so has she.

She feeds me every morning, riding my dick and stuffing a dripping nipple between my lips. Fucking heaven on earth.

Poppy and Lula come down the hall and emotion tightens my throat. They have matching little white robes and towels on their heads and this is the life I never knew I wanted.

Never knew I needed.

“Hello wife.” I lean down and kiss her while Poppy wanders over to sit next to Jack.

“Hello husband.”

“Thank you.” I whisper in her ear, turning her around and wrapping my arms around her chest.
