Geo came striding in, a man behind him before Sailor was half done with the horrible chili mac meal.

“Tha’s her. I wanna know when she’s gonna drop the kid and how long she been pregnant.”

“Of course,” the other man nodded, his face white, like he wasn’t used to dealing with men like Geo. “Hello, Miss! Can you lay back for me and lift your skirt?”

“With them here?”

“We ain’t goin’ nowhere,” Geo snorted, looking her over again, that dangerous shine back in his eyes. “How long till you can tell if a bitch is lyin’?”

“Lying? About paternity?” the doctor asked, going to his knees next to Sailor and opening his bag to pull out a stethoscope and gloves. “I can test for that next time, I didn’t bring what I needed with me. If… if you could bring her in, that would be better. To my office? Just relax now, Miss… umm… how old is she?” he asked Geo, the look on his face a little sickening to Sailor.

“18,” Geo answered quickly, like it was bothering him. “She’s ‘bout to graduate. She’s jus’ small.”

“I see. Miss? Can you lay back for me? I know this isn’tideal, but let’s get it over with, okay?” he told her, pressing her to her back, then lifting her skirt as his eyes took her in greedily. “Knees up, let them fall open for me, okay?”

“All that necessary?” Geo demanded, his arms crossing as he watched. “You need ta feel her up from the inside to know what’s up?”

“There are several things I need to do, including test her cervix. From the inside. I can tell by feeling out here that she’s showing early, she’s maybe… between 15 and 17 weeks? Maybe 18? A blood test would tell me more, but I’ll have to settle for guestimates. Come on now, Miss, I need you to relax for me so we can get this done,” he chided, trying to get Sailor to open her legs.

“Nah. That ain’t needed just now,” Geo scowled. “That’s an in-office thing.”

“If I could feel her cervix, I could…”

Sailor screamed as Geo pulled his gun out and shot the man in the head.

“I said no, bitch,” he growled, holstering his gun.

Mig caught the body as it was slumping before it fell on Sailor as she screamed again and scrambled back to the corner, covered in blood.

“Get her cleaned up. Find a new fucking doctor, one that don't wanna feel her up like that. Creepin’ ass perv.”

“Geo, they all do that. It’s their job,” Mig laughed, like he wasn’t laying a dead man out to get ready to drag out of the room. “They have to. I went with my old lady, and the lady doctor did it both times, every appointment. That shit’s normal.”

Geo snorted, shaking his head. “Nah. That wasn’t. His face said he thought he was gettin’ a free ticket for some shit. He had some ideas, ‘n she was in all of ‘m.”

“If you say so,” Mig shrugged. “Want me to move her?”

“Take her back to the club, man. Put her in the red room. Get her cleaned up first and get her outta them school clothes. She looks like a little kid. Put her in some clothes that make her look older,” Geo called, turning and leaving.

Sailor was still half hysterical as Mig had two men dragthe body off, then took her and loaded her into a car with her wrapped in a sheet so she wouldn’t get blood on his upholstery. He took her to a building just outside of downtown and led her inside, putting her in a shower as he spoke to two of the many men inside the place.

Chapter 6

She was staring at the wall in a daze, wrapped in a towel when she finally looked up and took in her surroundings. A large room, the walls all painted red with darker red wainscoting. There was a king-sized bed on the far wall but no other furniture. She had no clothes, only the towel she was wrapped in, and her hair was still wet from the shower. She was freezing, shivering, and sure that was what finally made her come to herself.

A man had been shot right in front of her.

Geo had just pulled out his gun and shot him.

No remorse, no hesitation; it was so cold-blooded.

All for trying to check her cervix.

The man had been creeping her out, the way his eyes had lit up, and he was so excited to get her underwear off of her. The man had been excited since he’d seen her, asked her age, and looked disappointed when Geo said 18 as if hoping she was younger. She’d been terrified of him.

But she hadn’t imagined killing him.

This was all so unbelievable!
