Gabriel shakes his head. “As if we’d tell you. We’d never risk skewing the result.”

“Shut up,” I hiss as Tati turns from the group of bodyguards and starts to walk back toward us.

She walks over to the sofa where Lita and Seb are sitting and asks, “Hey, guys, could I possibly use the bathroom?”

“Sure.” Lita smiles at Tati and points her in the direction of the bathroom.

I’m on my second drink by the time she comes back, and I watch her walk toward me before I smile and ask, “All good with the other bodyguards?”

“Yup.” She nods and smiles her beautiful smile back at me.

I’ve finished another drink and am pleasantly buzzed by the time we head for dinner. Seb’s bodyguard, Daryl, and Gabriel’s bodyguard, Ethan, lead us along the corridor. Tati walks next to me in the middle of the group, and Lita’s bodyguard, Benjamin, follows behind.

The elevator arrives at our floor, and we all pile in. It’s a tight fit, and Tati ends up pressed against me. My hand is touching hers, and I look down at her as I softly rub the back of her hand with mine.

Her skin is warm and soft, and I want to touch more of her. She stares up at me, the air around us thick with sexual tension, and I wish more than anything that I could make one of my friends right by fucking her tonight. I want to follow through on my promise to make her come so hard she gets dizzy.

The elevator jerks to a stop at the lobby, and as the doors slide open, Tati whips her head around to face the front of the elevator. I laugh quietly as we exit it, and Tati’s cheeks turn red.

Once we enter the lobby, she gets that alert look she has any time we’re in public. Her eyes dart around the place, seeming to check out every inch of our surroundings.

Most people in the lobby are staring at us, some are taking photos or videos, and there are paparazzi out the front of the building who snap pictures through the open doors when they get a chance.

My buzz dims, and I get on edge from being looked at as a group of our biggest fans who are sitting nearby rush over to us.

Benjamin stops them from getting to us before Seb says, “It’s cool, Ben.”

He nods and steps aside. “Okay, Mr. Fox.”

“Hey, guys. It’s good to see you again. How are you tonight?” Seb says with a smile at the group of five women who have been following us since our first album was released.

“Awesome! The tour has beensogood,” a brunette woman named Mia says with a big smile on her face.

“Can you sign my tour shirt?” a blonde woman asks, holding it out to Sebastian along with a Sharpie.

“Of course, Angela,” he smiles at her.

“He knows her?” Tati asks me in an undertone.

I nod and tell her quietly, “These guys come to all of our shows.”

“Allof them?” Tatiana gasps.

“Pretty much. They’re big fans.” I shrug.

It’s so nice to have fans who are so supportive of us, and I smile at them as I move over to sign their tour shirts when Seb has finished signing. A part of me wonders if one of these women is my stalker, and I hate that my interactions with fans are affected by what’s happening. I force myself to not think poorly of them because there’s no evidence any of these women is my stalker. I smile at them as we talk to them for a few minutes, and they tell us how much they’ve loved the shows so far.

Finally, Gabriel says, “It was good to see you guys. We have to go to dinner, but we’ll see you at the show on Friday.”

We wave goodbye to the fans and continue through the lobby to the restaurant. When we arrive, we’re taken to a table in the center of the restaurant where everyone can see us. Tati sits in between Lita and me, and Lita is holding Mirabella in her arms. Tati looks down at the tiny baby, who stares up at her with bright blue eyes.

“Hello, baby,” Tati coos and then smiles at her. “Hi. You’re beautiful, aren’t you?”

I’m amused by the way that Tati, who always seems so formal when it’s not just her and me, responds to Mira, and I laugh, “I honestly did not thinkyouwould use the ‘baby voice,’ Tatiana.”

She laughs with me, and I’m pleased that she’s amused by my comment.

“Does anyonenotuse that voice?” Lita asks, sounding amused as well. “I read that it actually helps their development, and it’s basically instinctual for us to use it.”
