“Oh my god, I can’t believe this,” Tati says with a shake of her head.

“You had to go and marry a fan. Didn’t you, Hayden Vega?” April says with a laugh as she hugs me.

“I figured it worked out well for Gabriel and Sebastian, so why not try it for myself?” I grin at her.

“Hey, to be fair, I’m not a Cruise Control fan,” Tati objects.

“Ouch, Tati,” Sebastian says with a laugh.

April hugs Tati as well and says, “Congratulations, Mrs. Vega.”

“Oh my god, I can’t believe I have a new name now. That’s so weird.”

“And I got to be the first person to call you by your new name.” April grins at her as she leans over to sign the certificate.

We have some photos taken together before we take our places back at the front of the room, and the celebrant announces us as husband and wife. I feel completely at peace, and today is the happiest day of my life.

Tati looks up at me as we near the end of the aisle and says quietly, “I love you, Mr. Vega.”
