“They promised that you’ll love your new home, and I wanted to be sick at the thought of it,” Tatiana confessed.

Hayden’s eyes widened, and a look of terror crossed his face before he nodded and turned to continue heading back to his friends.

Lita had already beaten Sebastian and was standing with Mirabella in her arms as she asked Hayden, “All good?”

“Yup,” he said and gave her a tight smile as he handed her and Ariana their water while Tatiana handed beers to the men.

Tatiana stood at the wall with Hayden in silence while they watched Sebastian beat Gabriel in their game. He beat Harrison as well, and by the time he asked Hayden to play him, Tatiana was pleased that Hayden seemed to have relaxed a little.

He joked and laughed with his friends while playing a terrible game of pool.

“I had no idea you were this bad,” Tatiana couldn’t stop herself from laughing as Hayden sunk a ball but also the white ball at the same time.

He grinned at her, “You cut me deep, Tati.”

“Believe it or not, he’s actually improved since I met him,” Lita laughed.

“I know that’s probably hard to believe,” Sebastian smirked as he stood up from sinking one of his solids.

Hayden shoved him with his elbow as Sebastian walked around the table to take aim for his next shot, and Sebastian laughed.

“Lita’s right, though,” Hayden winked at Lita. “She gives me tips to help me get better like a good friend.”

“Of course, I’m always happy to help, unlike some people,” Lita said, and the rest of the group laughed.

“Yeah, yeah. I’m a shit friend, but you’re still shit at pool,” Sebastian smirked at Hayden as he stood up from sinking the black eight ball. “Next victim?”

Hayden handed his cue to Ariana and moved to stand next to Tatiana again. He picked up his beer and took a sip as he watched them play their game. Harrison came over and talked to him while Tatiana’s gaze roamed over the room. Nothing concerning, which was good.

Gabriel was playing Sebastian again when Hayden turned to Tatiana and said, “Um, Tati. I need to use the bathroom.”

He had a wicked gleam in his eye, and she had to resist laughing when she said in her most professional voice, “Okay, let’s go, I guess.”

“You don’t even get a bathroom pass?” Harrison laughed.

Hayden laughed with him and said, “Nope. I apparently have to be babysat at all times.”

“He seems to forget that he has a stalker and that we’re just doing everything we can to keep him safe.”

Tatiana shrugged her shoulders casually as she said it, and the amusement disappeared from both men’s faces at once.

She felt bad for ruining the mood and said, “Sorry. I could have worded that a little more tactfully. Should we go, Hayden?”

He nodded, and she led the way to the bathrooms, then into the men’s room.

“Did you want to use the stall?” she asked as she turned to look at him.

He strode toward her and pulled her into his arms, then kissed her passionately before saying, “Yes, yes I do.”

“I’m not fucking you in a bathroom stall, Hayden Vega. Stop breaking the rules, or I’ll have to rethink this whole thing,” she warned him.

As if you would. You’re enjoying this way too much.

“Okay, okay, I’ll be good.” He squeezed her ass before he released her and walked toward the stall as he said, “I hope you’re still thinking about me doing it. One day I’ll be free to fuck you whenever and wherever I want, though, even if that place is a bathroom stall.”

“Very romantic, Hayden Vega,” Tatiana laughed. “A urine-heavy men’s bathroom is not sexy.”

“Hey, you’re the one who said men’s bathrooms are often cleaner than women’s bathrooms.” He turned to look at her and grinned mischievously. “I didn’t say that was the only place I would fuck you. Just one of the many, many places I could fuck you.”
