“Let’s go home. I need both of you now,” I said.
“Do I need to make a statement?” Aaron asked.
“No, Brock is flying in. He will take care of everything.”
Aaron wrapped his arms around Neal and me. “Let’s get out of here.”

Aaron
Icouldn’t wait to get home and wash away the bad memories of the night. We were leaving California soon, and I never wanted to go back. How could people I’d worked with over the years be such heartless bastards? Adrenaline coursed through my body. Neal reached over and grabbed my hand. The party had proven how well Neal and I worked to protect each other and keep Daisy safe. There was no doubt in my mind that Neal would help me hide the body if I ever needed to. We would do anything for Daisy.
“When we get home”—I paused until I had Daisy’s attention—“I want you both to go upstairs and get ready.” I let out a breath. “I need to be close to both of you tonight.”
I had never been so angry. Daisy’s past—and her terror—coming to the forefront only twenty-four hours after she’d arrived in California had my nerves on end. I wanted her experience to be magical, not to bring back nightmares from her past. “I swear, if I see that man again, I’m going to beat the shit out of him. You won’t be able to stop me next time. I’m sick of people in power thinking they can do whatever they want because they have money. I want to work to bring people like James down.”
“You gave James a few good hits before I pulled you off. Who knew the pretty-boy actor could fight?” Neal asked.
“Anyone who threatens you or Daisy, I will punish. After what I saw tonight, I want to work more at the women’s shelter to help other women.” I pulled Daisy in to my side. “I’m sorry you had to see that bastard.”
“It sucks I had to see him, but now he will get what he deserves,” she replied.
I captured Daisy’s lips before the limo came to a stop in front of the house. I could never get enough of her or Neal. Life might suck at times, but as long as we had each other, I was okay.
“Go upstairs. I’ll be up shortly.” I adjusted my pants. “I can’t wait to fuck you both.”
Neal mumbled something to Daisy before he swooped her into his arms and took her upstairs. My phone vibrated in my pocket. I looked at the screen to see Antonio’s name.
“Antonio.”
“Do you need me to head to California?” One thing I liked about Antonio was that he always got straight to the point.
I took a swig of the scotch I’d poured. “No, Brock will land in a few hours and work with the FBI. I told him to call you if he needs help.”
Antonio cleared his throat. “How’s Daisy?”
That was the million-dollar question. “I think she’s stronger than we treat her.”
“Okay, see you in a couple of days. And, Aaron?”
“Yeah?”
“You need anything, and I will be on the next plane.”
We said our goodbyes. I had the two people I loved more than anything waiting for me upstairs. I took the steps two at a time, and I heard laughter coming from the master bedroom. I stopped in the hallway just to hear how happy they were. It washed away the dread from earlier in the evening.
I entered the room. “Neal,” I said, “I think Daisy has too much covering her skin.”
Neal walked behind Daisy and slowly unzipped her red dress.
“Daisy, you are the most stunning woman I’ve ever seen.” The red dress pooled at her feet. “Why don’t you give Neal a kiss for helping you with your dress?”
Neal and Daisy pressed their bodies together. Watching the two people I loved kiss turned me on even more. Pure, unadulterated lust welled inside me. “Daisy, how about you help Neal take off his shirt?”
Neal’s eyes met mine. I could tell he was completely lost in the moment. Daisy slowly unbuttoned Neal’s shirt. With each button, she leaned in and kissed his chest. She looked hot as fuck in her black lace bra and panties. But it was the six-inch high heels she kept on that made me groan.
When Daisy reached Neal’s pants, she dropped to her knees and slowly worked at his zipper. She knew she was driving us crazy, and I didn’t care. A decadent smile spread across her face before she wrapped her pouty lips around Neal’s cock.
