I looked up and had to blink the tears out of my eyes. He was right—it would only be a few short years.
Neal put his hand over Aaron’s. “I can’t wait for our little girl to be the center of the stage. She’s going to look just like her mom.”
“How do you know we are having girls?”
Neal shrugged. “I don’t, but I think we’ll have one boy and one girl.”
The petite blonde went back over to the microphone. “I would like to thank everyone who came out tonight. The show was better than I could ever have imaged. The students will be waiting in the back for their parents.”
It was nice to know the school took security seriously. It would be easy to kidnap a student if they let them roam around a room filled with so many strangers.
Jessica wobbled over with her hand on her belly. “Is there something you need to tell me?”
“Let’s talk after Christmas.”
“Okay, but don’t think I didn’t watch you during the show.”
I wanted to celebrate our news just with Aaron and Neal. I wasn’t ready to let anyone else in.
Ant ran in my direction then wrapped his arms around my waist. “Did you see me sing, Auntie?”
I loved that he called me his aunt already. “Yes, I did.” I leaned in and whispered in his ear, “You were the best singer and the best dressed.”
“That’s what Mommy said.”
I looked up, and Kat had tears in her eyes. Every time the family got together, she seemed to tear up.
Neal pulled me into his arms. “Can we go? I so want your legs wrapped around me again.”
Aaron came over “Ready to go? I want you both back in bed. I told Antonio you didn’t feel well.”
I rolled my eyes. “You two are insatiable. Take me home.”
We spent the rest of the night making love.

Fredrick
The arrogant prick thought he could walk around after he destroyed my life. It wouldn’t be long before I took everything that meant something to him.
It had been a close call when the whore spotted me in the crowd. I knew she didn’t realize who I was, but she kept looking for me after I moved. I had moved directly behind them. I wanted to reach out and kill the two men. It wouldn’t be long before I destroyed them. I heard the conversation when they talked about Daisy being pregnant.
Too bad the bastards’ fathers would never meet them. Because I would make her mine again, and she would pay for what she did.

Daisy
One morning, I overheard Neal and Aaron talking about meeting for lunch, and I wanted to surprise them and show up. My knee bounced under my desk as I waited for the clock to hit noon. The past couple of days had been amazing. Neal and Aaron couldn’t stop talking about the twins. I had to stop Aaron from going on Amazon and ordering a whole nursery. I talked him into waiting for the new year.
The next day, I had an appointment with Dr. Angel to have a look at the babies, and then we were jumping on Aaron’s jet and heading to California. My stomach churned at the thought of heading back there. I needed to face my fears, and I wanted to be with Aaron for his movie premiere.
Brock had a new client in his office, so I sent him a text to let him know I was heading to lunch.
When I exited out the back door of Blackwood Security to the employee parking lot, my phone chimed. A text from Brock flashed across the screen. He told me not to hurry back. I went to type a reply when I felt something push into my back, and a hand covered my mouth, muffling my scream.
“Walk toward your car, and don’t even think about trying to escape. You and your boyfriends will pay for what you did.” Fredrick’s voice rattled my nerves. The moment he opened his mouth, I knew who he was. His stench was strong. I had a hard time holding back my vomit.
