So, like a gentleman, I went to the front of the store, watching as she and the piercer talked about aftercare.
Only a few moments later, Isla was swiping her card to pay forfour nipples, and we were leaving.
She rubs her chest a little, putting pressure on it.
“You doing okay?”
“Yeah. I just need a more supportive bra. Deborah said that it’ll be more comfortable if they’re held up, you know?”
I don’t know. I don’t pretend to know. I don’t need to know.
Or do I?
“Okay,” I say, coughing.
“How is your nipple doing? He was a trooper.”
My head whips over to her before looking back at the road. “Please don’t talk about my nipples like they’re their own person.”
“Why not?”
“Because they’re nipples, Isla.”
She rolls her eyes, sinking in my passenger seat.
And I can’t help but find it cute. God, I can’t stand that I think it’s cute. Why?
“Whatever,” she says, flicking her hand over to me.
This woman is going to be the death of me. But she’s been opening up to me over the last two weeks. This is as carefree and happy as I’ve seen her, and it makes me smile. I’ve adored her from afar, but Isla when she’s comfortable with you? How can you not fall for her.
Fall for her? I shake my head. There is no falling yet. There’s very strong like, which I’m not even letting her know. But there is nofalling.
Get your shit together, Crosby.
“Do you want to get your second punishment done and over with when we get to your place?” I ask her.
She nods, fiddling with her phone. “May as well get them done and over with.”
I nod. “Alright. I brought the pepper.”
“What kind is it?” she turns to me, her eyes wide as she tucks her phone between her thighs, done with whatever she was doing.
“Habanero.”
She snorts.
“What?”
“That’s nothing. Give it to me. I’m ready.”
I’m confused. “It’s nothing?”
“Yep. I love them. I’ve had a whole one before. I got this.”
* * *
She did in fact have it.
