He was a lucky fucker. Highdive brought his hand down in a slap across her ass. His cock throbbed as she gasped and arched up into his touch. The need to be inside her was so powerful it was as if she had put a spell on him.

He laughed. What had happened to the tightly controlled man who didn't believe any woman was worth taking a risk for? Diana was like no woman he’d ever known and that uniqueness was what had finally shown him that there were things other than Brotherhood worth fighting for.

She moaned as he brought his hand down on her ass a few more times. The flesh pinking under his blows was gorgeous. Unable to wait another second, he freed his cock barely pausing before thrusting into her depths. Her body welcomed his and he reveled in her tight warm embrace.

Gripping her hips with a ferocity he knew would leave bruises, Highdive let go of his control and set a brutal rhythm. It wasn’t the time for long, gentle, love making. This was both a claiming and a celebration that together they had survived.

Time lost meaning as they came together. The world fading and coming into sharp definition as he took her. Their bodies were primed from the battle and needed this release more than they needed food or water.

Diana matched his frenzied pace with her own and he felt her tightening around him. Neither of them would last much longer. A growl ripped out of his throat as he used all of his strength to bring them together on every stroke.

The slap of their bodies meeting was a raw sound that pushed him faster. She screamed her pleasure, the sound a primal declaration. His orgasm slammed through him following hers. In that perfect moment it was as if they had connected on a soul deep level.

A high pitched buzzing broke them out of the spell that the intensity of their encounter had cast. Their stolen moment was coming to an end. Highdive shook his head as he pulled out of her. A small drone hovered above them.

“I think we've been caught.” He gave Diana a light tap on her hip as he tucked himself back into his pants.

“I probably should have told them we were okay.” She gave the flying camera a wave as she pulled up her pants.

There wasn’t a single sign that she was at all embarrassed, or repentant for being caught fucking in the middle of combat. How perfect was she? Other than the sound of the drone there wasn't any other sound. The firefight at the Clubhouse must be over.

His chest tightened as he watched her finish pulling herself back together. She was like a perfect knife; graceful, beautiful, balanced, and deadly. A temptation to touch but you had to know how to handle her without getting hurt. His whole life he had never backed down from a challenge and he didn’t intend to start now.

Highdive wrapped his arms around her and looked down into her golden-brown eyes. “I love you even if you are absolutely insane.”

“Well I love you too.” She took a deep breath. “I would follow you into Hell and drag you out if I had to. You need to understand there is nothing I wouldn’t do to keep you safe.”

“I think you stole my line.” He brushed a gentle kiss across her lips.

“It’s good we understand each other.” Diana tossed her hair over her shoulder and looked up at the drone with a smile that made his heart stutter. “Do you think Cami will give us a copy of the video?”

Highdive threw back his head and laughed.

Epilogue

Not all girls are made of sugar, spice, and everything nice. Some are made of sarcasm, wine, and everything fine.

Why had she agreed to this? Diana had managed to go her whole life without wearing glitter in any form. Yet here she was in a black crop top with the words ‘Property of a Dark Son’ written across her chest in sparkly silver letters. It helped that her sister was with her wearing the same ridiculous top. She looked like she had never had more fun as she danced in the middle of the floor with the other identically dressed Old Ladies.

Going to Dark Secrets with friends was definitely different then her previous visits. Cami was the instigator of the evening but the clothing was courtesy of Val. The past month had been filled with the heartbreaking and exhausting tasks needed to recover from the attack on the compound. Diana couldn’t argue that they all needed a break but sneaking away from the men to go to a sex club was a little more extreme than she would have planned.

“How long do you think it will take for the men to find us?” Tari asked.

They all knew it was a matter of when, not if. If it had been up to her she would have just told Highdive where she was going and probably arranged for him to meet her here later so they could relax and maybe get in some playtime. When she’d suggested it most of the women had scowled at her. Apparently the fun of 'girls night out' was to see if they could trick their men and then enjoy the punishments that would follow.

It amused her that most of the Old Ladies didn’t realize that their men had hidden trackers in their Cuts and probably several other places. So it would have taken a lot more than ducking out of the back of a restaurant and driving off without their guard to avoid detection. Considering where they had ended up, Diana thought the point was more to force their men to come out and have fun as well.

The loss of their Brothers and the destruction of the Clubhouse had hit all of the Dark Sons hard. She understood having to focus when under pressure but if she had learned anything since being with Highdive it was that existing was not the same as living. Hopefully Pixie was right and this was exactly what was needed to remind them of that.

“Considering we’re at a Dark Sons' business, I’m thinking we have about ten more minutes before they show up.”

Especially since there were eight of them here. Pixie had pointed out that they needed to do something to shake off the gloom that was still hovering over everyone. Cami had come up with the cover story. Val created the wardrobe and her sister Alena had crafted the plan. Tari, Cat, Jade and Diana had agreed to tag along and now sat at the table while the other four danced like their lives depended on it.

“You think the staff will call them?” Jade looked horrified.

Diana and Cat laughed. It was still surprising how naive some of the women were about how sheltered and protected they were by their men.

“We didn’t get two blocks from the restaurant without a tail.” Diana nodded towards the door.
