Page 26 of Screw Me Daddy

‘Yeah, that sounds great,’ Xander says, smiling sweetly and snuggling up to me on the long, deep hammock. ‘My stinky old Daddy used to judge me and be mean about kinky stuff.’

‘Asshole,’ I reply, shaking my head. ‘If you’re not ready to have an open mind, whatever. That’s on you as an individual. But to make a point of criticizing others for their kinks? That’s messed up.’

‘It sucked at the time,’ Xander says, a sad look in his eyes suddenly changing into one of defiance. ‘I might have been this big, strong construction worker but inside I was as sensitive asany Little. But I’m different now. I won’t let people like my ex-Daddy get in my way.’

‘And I won’t let anyone make you feel bad either,’ I add, squeezing Xander’s hand and looking deep into his beautiful brown eyes. ‘But there’s one thing Iwillinsist upon.’

‘What’s that, Daddy?’

‘It’s bedtime for you, boy,’ I chuckle. ‘We’ve had a lot of fun today. Especially in the last couple of hours. It’s time we get our sleep. I’ll give you the best tuck-in ever.’

‘Will you stay with me too?’ Xander says, a look of hope in his eyes.

‘Of course,’ I reply. ‘Daddy will be right beside youallnight.’

‘Come on, pump those powerful legs, boy!’ I roar, encouraging Xander up the final stretch of track that will take us to the top of Los Torros Hills.

‘I can’t, Daddy, I’m all out,’ Xander says, sweat pouring down his face.

‘You can!’ I say, turning back and running down the hill toward Xander. ‘Come on, one stride at a time with me.’

‘Okay, let’s go!’ Xander giggles, suddenly finding the energy to sprint up the final stretch. ‘Yay! I won! I beat Daddy!’

‘Grrrrr, you hustled me!’ I bark. ‘And don’t think for one second that I won’t beading this onto your naughty boy discipline list either.’

‘Hehe,’ Xander chuckles, taking his water bottle out of his small backpack and quenching his thirst. ‘That was fun!’

‘Hey, cardio isn’t so bad after all then?’ I say, surprised at how fast Xander is for a boy of his size.

‘I still prefer weightlifting and strength training, but… yeah, cardio is pretty cool,’ Xander says, removing his drenched running vest.

‘I guess it’s my turn to come and lift some heavy weights with you next?’ I laugh, feeling pretty confident in my own strength but also knowing that Xander will be in his element when it comes to dumbbells and deadlifts.

‘Yay!’ Xander says, taking a seat on a rock and soaking in the sights and sounds all around us. ‘It’s so nice up here. I love it.’

‘Yeah, I like to come here,’ I say, sitting down next to Xander. ‘Life can get quite intense. I love signing autographs when I’m out and about, but I like my privacy too. Coming up here just gives me time to think and be myself.’

I look over and see Xander nodding.

I feel like we’re both cut from the same cloth in many ways. Back when I was dating all over Europe, many of the boys would want to live the glamourous, part-every-night lifestyle that came with being a soccer player. But I’ve got a clear feeling that Xander is different in that regard.

‘You like the quiet life too?’ I say.

‘Yeah. Being on site with the guys is what I love. Then hanging out for a while sometimes inMorning MilkorOn The Rocks,’ Xander says. ‘After that, I pretty much just want to chill. And it’seven betterif the chilling is with you.’

‘Damn, you really are a boy after my own heart,’ I say. ‘I used to get so tired of all the film premiers and events that sponsors insisted I went to. Don’t get me wrong, I lived a privileged life. But it wasn’t all a bed of roses.’

I want to keep going and tell Xander how much his arrival in my life has changed things for me.

I can tell that Xander wants to hear it, and that he feels the same about me too.

Screw it, I’m not going to hold back a single second longer…

‘Boy, ever since I’ve met you, I’ve felt diff-’

‘Yes, Daddy?’ Xander says, an excited and expectant look on his face. ‘You’ve felt…’

‘You’ve got to be kidding me!’ I bark.
