Ingrid
My brain is foggy as I start to wake up.
Wow. I slept really hard last night.
I don’t have the energy to open my eyes, not yet. Even though I can feel the sunlight streaming through from the nearby floor-to-ceiling window of my hotel room, warming my face.
It’s morning and I need to get up. I have a flight on the Bashers team airplane to catch soon.
As I start to stir, a warm, heavy arm tightens around my middle.
My eyelids fly open. My sleepy brain catches up.
Del is behind me, cuddling me to his chest as he sleeps soundly.
Last night, we fooled around. Actually, that’s the understatement of the year.
Last night, Del rocked my fucking world. He made me come harder than I ever have in my entire life with his hands and his tongue.
It was hands-down the hottest night of my life. And we didn’t even have sex.
My pussy aches just thinking about all the filthy things we did in this bed…
I close my eyes and smile as I relax into Del’s big, strong body. I let out a soft hum at the way he cradles me in his sleep.
When we fell asleep last night, I was cuddled into his chest and his arms were wrapped around me. I figured at some point during the night, we’d end up apart in this massive bed. I move around a lot in my sleep and it’s something that’s always annoyed past boyfriends. We always end up on opposite sides.
But not Del. He’s still holding me close. And that makes me go gooey on the inside.
Another thing that makes me go gooey? How perfectly I fit against him. I savor the warmth of his bare chest pressed against my back, how his body surrounds me like a perfect cozy weighted blanket.
Behind me, I feel him start to stir. He makes a low humming noise before yawning. I feel his hot mouth on my shoulder as he dusts a kiss on my skin. He runs his mouth along the slope of my shoulder, all the way to the base of my neck. I shiver, savoring how good his lips feel on my skin.
“Morning.” His voice is a low rumble on my neck.
“Good morning.”
“How’d you sleep?”
“Like the dead.”
He lets out a chuckle, low and rough. My skin tingles. I love how he sounds in the morning.
He runs his hand lightly down my arm. Goosebumps rush across my skin, and my eyelids flutter. It makes my skin tingle and feel ticklish at the same time. It’s so soft and sweet and affectionate.
He settles his palm on my hip and kisses my neck again. I close my eyes and hum.
“How did you sleep?” I ask. “Did I move around too much for you?”
“No, I slept great.” He kisses down my shoulder and licks my skin. I moan at the tingles his kisses send all over my body.
Wow. Del is really affectionate in the mornings, and it’s so freaking cute and romantic.
“So I didn’t turn you off with all my tossing and turning?” I joke.
I feel his mouth curve up into a smile against my shoulder. “Not at all. I didn’t even notice. I sleep pretty hard. Hopefully my snoring didn’t bother you?”
I chuckle. “If you did snore, I didn’t hear it. I’m a pretty heavy sleeper too.”
