She shook her head. “No, but…”

“Shh,” Beliath whispered. “Don’t worry, angel. We’ll make it fit. We just need a little more lubrication, that is all.”

Malissa could feel the demon grip the shaft of his cock and begin to stroke himself with his tip still wedged inside her. She wanted to writhe in time to the rhythm of the demon’s stroking, but she kept herself very still, lest she should break the precarious coupling of their two bodies.

Behind her, Beliath’s breathing grew quicker, rougher. He grunted, then roared as his cock began to pulse with his release. Thick fluid gushed from his tip, coating Malissa’s interior with sticky, slippery warmth.

“There,” he said, as his climax slowed. “That’s better.”

He began to push himself deeper inside her, his slow penetration added by the copious amounts of seed now lubricating Malissa’s tight channel. The demon’s second release had done nothing to soften his arousal. If anything, his cock felt even harder than before, a marble phallus intricately sculpted and polished to perfection. Malissa’s body had no choice but to surrender.

“Beliath,” she panted softly. “Beliath…”

“Does it feel good, my angel?”

“Mm-hm,” Malissa moaned.

It hurt too, just as it had hurt the first time he had penetrated her vagina, but the pain only served to heighten the pleasure. And this time, there was no barrier inside to block the demon’s progress. Even when his pelvis was pressed tightly against herbare bottom, and every inch of his throbbing length was inside, her body still had room to spare.

“Great Hell, you’re tight,” the demon growled.

“Too tight?” Malissa asked.

“Hell no. You feel perfect, angel. Youareperfect.”

He bent down to kiss her sweating back. Then he raised himself up again and started to move inside her, sliding in and out of her body slowly, gently even, letting her experience every perfect detail of his erect cock.

It felt so dirty, so sinful, sogood.

Malissa knew she was truly a fallen woman to enjoy such an unholy coupling, but she didn’t care anymore. All her shame was gone now, and all that was left was her absolute devotion to her dark master. He owned her completely, body and soul.

It seemed to go on forever, that slow, deep thrusting into the place where nothing was supposed to enter. It felt so good, Malissa almost wished itwouldgo on forever, except she wanted to experience the end of it too. She wanted to feel the demon coming inside her, deepinside her. She wanted to feel his hot, thick seed flooding into her body.

When it finally happened, the sensation was so intense and overwhelming, she was barely aware of anything else at all.

Perhaps, if she had not been so preoccupied, she would have heard the sound of soft footsteps moving through the forest, or sensed the eyes watching from the shadows there.

CHAPTER 26

Droanna mouthed a silent prayer to the Creator as she made her way through the dark forest. She’d brought a lantern with her, but she dared not light it. The flame would only serve to push back the oppressive darkness by a few paces, but it would render her visible from a much greater distance, and there was no telling who—or what—might be lurking in these woods tonight, waiting to do Creator knew what to a poor, simple handmaiden such as herself.

Actually, that was not entirely true. Droanna knew at least one person was out here tonight.

The bloodyqueen.

Droanna had watched and followed Malissa as closely as she could without making her presence known. It had been no easy task. The queen had moved through the shadows the way a fish moves through water. Could the woman see in the bloody dark? Droanna didn’t know. All she really knew for sure was that she had lost the bitch shortly after entering the black confines of the forest.

Oh well. That didn’t matter too much. Droanna knew roughly which direction the queen was heading, and she had a method for finding her own way back to Drachenval. At her hip, Droanna carried a leather pouch containing chunks of luminous mushrooms that she’d been growing in a box down in the cellar of the castle. Every hundred paces or so she would drop a piece onto the ground. The faint blue-green glow was not bright enough to help her see where she was going, but it would allow her to find her way back.

First, however, she needed to find the queen.

She needed to figure out what that woman was doing in the woods at this late hour.

Droanna had been keeping a close eye on the queen ever since the poison had failed to have the desired effect. Based on the amount of the stuff Droanna had been slipping into the queen’s food, the woman should have miscarried by now. Unfortunately, that hadn’t happened.

Butsomethinghad happened. Something to make the queen suspect she’d been poisoned. For the past two days, she’d taken all of her meals in the kitchen, so she could watch her food being prepared. When that had started happening, Droanna had thought her goose was cooked. She’d even considered running away from Drachenval to avoid punishment, but she hadn’t been able to go through with it.

She could never abandon her beloved Wulfgang like that.
