“Can I walk you to your car?” I tried to keep my voice even because we had to talk about it.

“Uh… sure,” she said, hiking her other bags she had on her shoulder.

“I can help,” I said, grabbing one of the many bags.

“Oh, thanks,” she said, walking to the door.

I walked to the door, quickly opening it for her.

“Thanks,” she said, not looking at me.

The cold wind hit us and Valencia squealed, running to her car. I couldn’t help but smile as I followed her. She opened the door to her SUV, throwing stuff into her car.

“Thank you, I can take that,” she said, grabbing the bag I had.

“Can we talk?” I quickly asked before I lost my nerve.

“Hey.” I turned around to see Riggs behind me.

“Hey,” Valencia said, looking between us. “Uh, everything ok?”

“Yeah, I was wondering if I can speak to you guys,” he said looking down.

“Us?” I furrowed my brows confused.

“Yeah,” he said, hiking his duffle bag up as another gust of wind hit us.

“Oh, god,” Valencia groaned, taking me back to when I heard her say that as one of us was in between her thick thighs.

“There is a great seafood place down the street,” Hunter said, putting his hands in his pockets.

“Um… I have somewhere to be in about an hour and a half,” Valencia said, looking anxious.

When I realized what day it was, I remembered she was going live tonight.

“It won’t take long, I promise,” Hunter said, looking at me while he licked his lips.

I didn’t know why he had to talk to her, and I couldn’t say what I needed to say with him there. I couldn’t expose her.

“Look, I don’t know why?—”

“Actually, I just remembered I have somewhere to be,” I said interrupting her, dreading to sit with this any longer. “So, you guys talk, and I’ll see you later.”

“Ok,” Valencia looked confused as I turned around to walk to my jeep.

“Wait, I think we all need to talk quickly, I promise this won’t take long,” Riggs said, almost pleading.

“I don’t know what we would all need to talk about,” I said, looking over my shoulder.

“Something that involves all of us,” he said, looking a little nervous.

“Look, I didn’t see much,” Valencia said quickly. “I’m sorry, but I was just checking the lockers because I thought we could do a promo.”

“See much?” I asked, confused. “I mean, you were there, how could you not see it?”

Shit, I shouldn’t have said anything.

“Wait, what are you talking about?” Riggs asked, looking between us. “We were all there.”
