“Good advice,” I said, feeling like I was getting scolded, but I really wasn’t. “I’ll take it into consideration.”

“Good boy,” she said, turning around and walking away. “Enjoy your day off and get some rest. Try to be tolerant!”

My body shivered with pleasure at being called a good boy.

“You too!” I yelled.

I don’t know why those two words lit a fire in me. I didn’t have a praise kink, but I could have one for her. God, what would she look like sprawled out on my bed?

Heading into the locker room it was quiet as everyone was getting ready to leave, and of course, I had to run into Gomez who was only in a towel. He pushed me aside, water sliding down his expansive back and trim hips. A snarky comment wason the tip of my tongue but instead, the image of me spanking Gomez flooded my mind.

That's what Gomez needed, ten spankings to get an attitude adjustment and I would be more than happy to see them carried out. Dammit, now I was hard for the rookie and our social media manager. At this rate I would be in a constant state of arousal since I was stuck with them for the foreseeable future, but nothing was worse than getting hard for the thorn in your side.

Days off are hard to come by during the season. Having two days off was even harder to come by, and as I got ready for the event at the children's hospital, I was regretting my choice. What the hell did you wear to give out candy to sick kids? Did I dress up? Go as myself?

I had a few costumes I had worn over the years and as I looked at the few I had, I knew which one I had to wear. The hospital was so close to me that I could have walked, but my body was feeling too exhausted and as I left my building, a few residents smiled at me, and a few even gave me high fives.

Parking my car in the hospital garage, I made my way to the floor Valencia had instructed me to go to. A few nurses gave me flirty smiles and a few kids gave me high fives. As soon as I exited the elevator, I heard the commotion and as I walked up to the group, I was relieved that I wasn’t the only one dressed up.

Cap and his son were dressed up as skeletons and a few others I didn’t recognize had dressed up. Then the person who organized it all walked around the tall men who had hidden her. Valencia was dressed as Princess Peach. I couldn’t help but smirk at the luck I had. She was the princess to my Mario.

“Gomez!” Her eyes lit up as she walked over to me. “Were you spying on me?”

I laughed. “Totally coincidental. A friend and I dressed up as Mario and Luigi last year.”

“Thank you so much for doing this and thank you for dressing up,” she said with a faint blush on her cheeks.

Valencia was gorgeous and while she was a part of the reason I came, I knew once I got here, I wouldn’t regret it. My childhood friend, Danny, spent most of his life in the hospital until cancer took him from us. We spent the last year of his life in his hospital room because he was too sick to leave.

“Of course, I’m happy to help,” I said, forgetting about my earlier tantrum of not wanting to come because this was for a good cause. “I also brought some candy and these coloring books I found at Target.”

“Ro,” she whispered, looking in the bag that I held out.

I wasn’t a fan of people saying my first name because I was teased throughout middle school and that's why most people just called me Gomez, but her calling me Ro gave me goosebumps.

“Thank you,” she said, hugging me.

Her head only came up to my shoulder, her small arms wrapped around my torso as her breasts pressed against me. The closeness made blood rush down to my cock and all I wanted to do was push her against the wall and have my way with her. Some rated R shit between Mario and Peach would probably scar the kids.

“Any time, Mamacita,” I said, stilling when the nickname came out.

She pulled away with a smirk and her cheeks were a little red. She grabbed my bag and walked away as I said hello to my teammates. I was being introduced to a few baseball players and football players when I saw my brother, Tomás.

“What are you doing here?” he asked, coming up to me to give me a hug.

“They asked for volunteers, and I couldn’t say no,” I said, shaking off my surprise to see him here.

I loved my brother, but things had always been strained between us, especially since my father had constantly pitted us against each other. Tomás followed in my father’s and uncle’s footsteps while I decided to play hockey instead of football. They gave me a lot of shit for it and while I didn’t play into it anymore, Tomás certainly did, but he was also just like our father.

“You volunteered? Shit, I was kind of forced to come,” he laughed like it was a joke.

“I try to visit as often as I can, you know, because Danny was stuck in the hospital,” I said, trying not to get annoyed.

“Who was Danny?” He ran his hand through his hair as I took a deep breath.
