“Are you thinking of retiring?” The R word was never spoken, but it wasn’t the first time he had thought about it.

“Maybe. My body hurts, injuries are taking longer to heal, but dammit,” he sighed. “I wanted one championship cup.”

“Next hit could be even worse,” I said, pulling him into a hug.

He came willingly and squeezed me tightly.

“Enough about me. Who were you texting?”

He pulled away, but only on one side, so we were still close together. I sighed, debating whether or not I wanted to say anything, but I knew he would pester me until I told him something.

“This new couple,” I said, trying to be vague.

“Is it the same couple I saw in the summer?” He waved down the bartender.

“New, that couple left for a new city,” I said, taking a sip of my champagne.

“How is that contract going?” he asked after asking the bartender for a tequila club soda.

“That's the thing, we haven’t signed a contract yet,” I said leaning into him, picking off imaginary lint from his jacket.

“Oh, Genny, what's going on?” He tilted my head up.

I shrugged, “I don’t know.”

“You don’t know, or you don’t want to talk about it?

“They are different,” I whispered.

“Awww, Genny, is this more than a contract?” He squeezed me.

“I don’t know, this has never happened before, but I think it might be,” I said, taking a deep breath. “I really like them in bed and out of it.”

“Wow they must be pretty amazing,” he said, getting his tequila from the bartender.

“They are,” I said with a small smile.

“I want to see them,” he said, pulling away. “I want to see who has you all tangled up like this.”

I chuckled, opening my phone seeing more texts from Camila and Luke, but two caught my eye.

Camila: You coming home tonight?

Camila: Sorry I meant coming over.

“Coming home?” Hunter leaned over my shoulder.

“She made a mistake,” I said, but Camila was calculating, and I knew she knew what she was doing.

“Nah, my guess is she is the bratty Submissive,” Hunter chuckled.

“Close. Bratty Switch,” I said, opening up my photos.

“Genny, are you dating Luke Malone?!” Hunter yelled.

“How the hell did you know his last name?” I snapped.

“Oh, sweet summer child, do you really not know who he is?” he smirked.
