Robbie caught on right away, and with a few quick adjustments, he knelt over Toby as Toby propped himself on pillows at the head of the bed and opened up. Robbie was slow and utilitarian at first, leaning against the wall while looking down and guiding himself to Toby’s mouth.

“You sure?” he asked as Toby kissed and licked his tip.

“I’m a big boy,” Toby panted. “I can take whatever you’ve got to give.” He sent Robbie a cheeky wink for good measure.

Robbie laughed, and like he felt the need to test the theory, he pushed past Toby’s lips like he was trying to go deep enough to make him gag as part of a game.

It was a game Toby intended to win, though. He had a feeling sex with Robbie would always be exciting as the two of them tried to get the better of each other. And after the first fewthrusts, he showed Robbie that he could take a lot more than Robbie might have thought at first.

Pleasure took over from teasing, and within a few thrusts, Robbie was moaning and panting, his head tipped back a little, as he fucked into Toby’s throat. Toby concentrated to give Robbie everything he needed, everything he wanted to give him, and when Robbie burst with a cry, he swallowed quickly, enjoying every minute of it.

They were both stunned and limp as Robbie shifted to sprawl in the bed beside him, but not so much that they couldn’t roll into each other’s arms for more kissing. It was softer and sweeter. Both of them were loose and exhausted. Toby had never been happier.

“I know it hasn’t been long,” he said, still catching his breath a little, “but I think we’ve got something good here.”

“I know we do,” Robbie said, sliding one hand down to Toby’s arse and squeezing gently. “Who would have thought it?”

Toby laughed. “Not me. Not when we first met.” He kissed Robbie briefly, then rested his head on the pillow. “But this feels right.”

“It feels so very right,” Robbie agreed with a sigh.

“I’m also chuffed that your dad wanted to hire me,” Toby went on. “I have a ton of ideas for Hawthorne House, and not just for filming. I definitely think you should add more classes. I know teaching is your passion, and I love that about you?—”

“Really?” Robbie asked stopping him from going on. “You love that I’m a teacher?”

Toby blinked, then laughed out, “Well, yeah. Isn’t teaching what you love most?”

Robbie looked surprised, which was strange. “It is,” he said. “And you’re sure you’re alright with that? You don’t want someone more famous or more ambitious?”

Toby’s heart ached for the man in his arms, the man he could easily see himself loving and spending the rest of his life with.

“Robbie, sweetheart,” he said, resting his hand on the side of Robbie’s face. “I wouldn’t care if you were Mr. Nobody from nowhere. I’ve seen you teach. I love the way your face lights up when one of the kids makes something they’re proud of. I’ve watched you just sitting at your pottery wheel, making stuff.”

“Making stuff?” Robbie repeated with a lopsided grin.

“Yeah, you know,” Toby replied with a smile. “I’m falling in love with who you are, not who someone is telling you that you should be. Even if that someone is you. I loveyou.”

Robbie sucked in a breath, and for a moment, Toby thought he might burst into tears.

He didn’t, though. Instead, he rolled Toby to his back and kissed him long and lingeringly. Toby wrapped his arms and legs around him, sensing that he needed to be held. Not just in that moment, but for always. Holding Robbie was all he wanted to do with his life.

“Thank you,” Robbie said, resting his forehead against Toby’s for a moment. “You have no idea how much that means to me. And if we hadn’t just come in spectacular fashion, I would fuck you into the mattress to show you how much I appreciate you.”

Toby laughed. “Later,” he said, lifting so he could kiss Robbie’s lips lightly. “We’ll do all that later. All we have to do right now is be with each other.”

“And that’s all I want,” Robbie said.

Toby grinned up at him, feeling as though he’d won the greatest prize of all.
