“Brother, you look good on that throne, almost as if it was made for you. I think Pharaoh had you in mind all along with he had that damned atrociously built, only he didn’t know it at the time.” Ghoul tipped an imaginary hat.
Kingpin’s black painted nails dug into the cushioned arm of the red velvet, and he slowly shook his head. Leave it to my fucking Prez to piss someone off within the first three minutes of us actually being in here. Really, if it wasn’t him, it would have been Sac.
My eyes shifted between the two of them as they stared one another down.
Kingpin was the first to break the connection as a smirk pulled at his upper lip, “Ghoul, ya old fuck, how you been, brother?” Ghoul wasn’t truly that old, but he was older than a lot of us in our chapter.
“Fucked up and swimming in pussy, as usual.”
“Heard you settled down?”
“I didn’t say pussies as in plural.”
“You didn’t, did you?”
“Kingpin tells me you all aren’t here to partake in our clientele,” Pagan said as he stroked his long beard, casually strolling over to where I stood.
“Afraid not,” I answered him, catching the attention of all our brothers within earshot. “Fucking twins, right, Kingpin?”
“I don’t get what you mean, brother.”
“Your twin uses your name, right?”
He nodded in response.
“The fucking feds are claiming mine didn’t die thirteen years ago in a house fire, but he’s essentially been parading around the world impersonating me while he does some fucking heinous shit to kids. Allegedly, he gathers, kidnaps, and who the fuck knows what else to them. I personally quit listening to the shit when the agent was going over it all.”
“That true?” Pagan asked, cocking his head to the side.
“That’s what we’re hoping to find out. If it is, I’ll gut the fuckstick myself.”
“Damn, brother. You think you can kill your own twin after finding out he’s been alive all these years?” Kingpin asked, running his fingers through his long dark hair. “I don’t know how I would handle that.”
“You’d do the same thing I would if he was as fucked in the head as the FBI is saying. You would put the animal out of its misery by driving a blade through its throat and severing his carotid.”
“Damn straight I would. You’re right. You want back up? We have a few guys that could ride along, especially since you are a few brothers short.”
“We’re good, but if something changes, I’ll holler at ya.” Ghoul leaned his head to the side, a few of his vertebras popped as a result, and he tilted it to the opposite side.
“It’s only one guy who may or may not be my brother. If it isn’t, someone went to a whole hell of a lot of trouble to be me, and I want some fucking answers,” I growled.
“Me too.” Kingpin stood and took a step toward us. “So, I take it you won’t be staying? We have plenty of room for Bastards.” He stopped between Ghoul and me, his arms stretched across our shoulders. “The girls do, too,” he laughed, and he raised his eyebrows when Sac leaned around me to look him in the eye.
“Fucking Wiley. I could be balls deep into pussy if it wasn’t for your ass,” Sac said sarcastically, but we all knew, if given the chance, that was the exact place we would find him.
“Sac, you’re balls deep anywhere you go,” I coughed out a laugh, wetting my lips with my tongue.

WILEY
ONE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING
We used up an entire two fucking weeks to find the person Agent McFaye was referring to. There wasn’t a soul at the address she gave us for fourteen days. I double-checked the location several times. No one being home actually worked out to our advantage, though. It meant the house was empty and there would be no one inside waiting for us to stop us from finding out all we could about the man they believed to be my brother.
Most houses have pictures on the wall, or, at the very least, proof of life. The white walls were barren, and although there were a few appliances taking up some space here and there, it was the bare minimum. Hell, I wasn’t at my place all that often, but even it had more evidence that someone lived there than this house did.
“Anything look familiar?” Sac asked, mindlessly thumbing through the printer paper in the back of the printer.
