I liked the post-sex hangout with the guys as much as I enjoyed the sex itself.

Dante responded by turning on the TV. “The Eagles game is on. They should be starting the third quarter.”

“We’re up a touchdown,” Bash said. “I checked the score when you were in the bathroom.”

“Football started already?” I asked.

“First game of the season,” Dante said, grabbing three beers from the fridge and handing them out.

“Go birds,” Bash said.

“Wait a minute. Tonight is the first Eagles game of the season, and you two skipped the first half to hang out with me?”

“Calling ithanging outis seriously underselling what we just did,” Bash pointed out.

“Still, though,” I said.

Dante rested his arm between my legs and held onto my thigh possessively. “We made the right choice.”

“Easy choice,” Bash agreed.

I marveled at that. These guys liked all Philadelphia sports, but they weremassiveEagles fans. For them to skip the beginning of the game…
