Whenever I keep the boys overnight, the guys tone down the sexual activity around the clubhouse. I feel bad at times and feel like a bit of a cockblock, but the guys are always telling me it’s cool. They know I love spending time with my god kids, and I only get them once, maybe twice a month, for sleepovers. Crystal, Cara’s mom, is the head kidnapper around here.

When I say kidnapper, I mean it. She neverasksto get the kids. Crystal just walks into her children's home and takes her grandkids to her house.

Once we make it down to the common room for breakfast, Cara is walking from the buffet table, holding three plates in her arms. I grab two of them. “For the triplets?” I ask, looking down at her.

“Yeah. You know, if they don’t eat within twenty minutes of waking up, a shitstorm brews.”

Laughing, I nod and take the plate to the kids’ table and set Khai and Liam’s breakfast down in front of them. Cara sets Angel's food down in front of her. “Tank you, Tor,” the boys mumble around a mouthful of food.

“Anytime, my little warriors.”

I walk to the buffet table and make my plate. Taking a seat at the table with some of my brothers, I dig in. “Who’s ready for the party this weekend?” Capone asks the table as he takes his seat. A round of “hell yeah” and “can’t wait” goes around the table.

We haven't thrown a party at the clubhouse in a while. There was so much going on around the time of Blades wedding, we stuck to going out to the bar that the club owns. I’m hoping something gives. I haven’t had sex in two months and not from the lack of trying. The fucker won’t get hard for anyone.

I thought it was just a phase, but I think I might have a real problem here. How the hell am I supposed to be a ladies’ man if my dick is broken? I don’t want to have to talk to Doc about this, but I will. I can’t go on the rest of my life with a limp dick. I just can’t.

My phone vibrates in my pocket, and I grab it. I roll my eyes when I see I have a text from one of my hookups.

Tait: What’s really going on, Thor? We haven’t hooked up in months! Is there someone else? Is that how you’re doing me?

Sighing, I dropped the phone down on the table and shook my head. Tati was one of the few women I was hooking up with right until I ran into my little problem. I was already getting annoyed with her before we stopped having sex. I never gave her any false hope. I don’t lie to the women I sleep with. They all know I have nothing to offer them but sex.

So, for Tati to be questioning me, asking rhetorical questions like is there someone else, is insane. Hell, she can only say she’s had me to herself a handful of times. Most of our hookups were threesomes she lined up with a few of her friends.

Her behavior is starting to give stalker vibes. I’ll be making sure to let the prospects know not to let her into the party tonight. I don’t have time for drama with someone I’m not in a relationship with.

Once breakfast is over, I stop by Viper’s office before heading to work. Rapping my knuckles on the door, I wait.

“Come in.”

Striding for one of the chairs in front of his desk, I take a seat. “Thanks for keeping the boys last night. They were very demanding about having a sleepover with their Tor,” he says with a childlike tone and roll of his eyes.

My shoulders shake as I try to keep my laughter in. He does this every time Khai and Liam prefer me over him, but I can’t help it if my sleepovers are the bomb.

“Anytime. You know I love your kids like they're mine.”

Viper smirks with a nod. “What can I do for you, brother?”

“I want to build a home in the back of the property.”

Viper arches his brow and leans back in his chair, staring at me. “Are you about to be settling down, brother?”

“Hell no! I just want a place of my own. To get away every now and again. Plus, I hate having the guys tone it down every time I have the boys. I know they don’t mind, but still.”

“Alright. Where are you looking to build?”

“That’s a silly question. Right next to my best bud, of course.”

Viper sighs and rolls his eyes again as he stares up at the ceiling. “I’m never getting rid of you, am I?”

After a few chuckles, I answer, “Doesn’t look like it.”

“You better be glad I know you and my woman are strictly friends, or I would kill you for how close you two are.”

I know there’s a sliver of truth in his statement. If he ever suspected I had feelings for Cara, he would no doubt try and kill me. Viper has never tried to come in between us since the day we declared to be each other’s best friend. I think he sees the way his Ol’ Lady has helped me since being here. Viper can be very observant. He’s pulled me to the side for years, trying to get the full story, but respected the fact that it wasn’t something I was ready to talk about.

“It will take a few weeks to start construction on your home. Walter and his guys are finishing up the home for Will, Debbie, Nova, Leah, and Violet. I’ll let him know to give you a call so you can discuss what you want.”
