No. I know he did not offer up Cindy to a sex trafficking ring. This is why the Devils Outlaws are our sworn enemies. They’re into some foul shit. Granted, when we were dirty, we trafficked drugs and guns, but we never touched sex trafficking. Selling woman and children is just grimy. It’s disgusting!

“I got someone. My club brother, Red, has a daughter named Cindy. She’s six, blonde with blue eyes.” I can hear the laughter in his voice, and so does Red. He’s fuming. It’s partially how he got his road name.

“When can we snatch her?” Brick asks.

“Today. When Red comes to the clubhouse later for dinner with the kids, I’ll just tell him I’m taking the kids out for ice cream, and I’ll hand her over. How much am I getting for this?”

“Five thousand.”

“Ok. Cool. I’ll meet you guys on Highway Seventeen around seven. There aren’t any cameras out there,” Snake says.

“How exactly do you plan on explaining this to Red?” Brick asks.

“I’ll let you guys get some hits on me. Make it look like I put up a fight.” Snake snickers.

The recording ends, and every face is fuming in this room, but Red’s is the worst.

“Where! Is! He?” Red snarls.

“Let me call Kev.” Cara walks to the corner of my office and makes the call.

“Blade, Torch, Thor, I want you to call all the brothers and tell them we’re having an emergency Church. I want them here in the next thirty minutes!” I growl. They leave my office to do what I asked.

“He’s still at Sinners. Kevin said he’s really drunk,” Cara says, sitting in her chair.

“I’m going to go kill that motherfucker!” Red growls, walking toward the door.

“Red, stop! We’re going to get him. Cara has eyes on him, so he isn’t getting away. He doesn’t know we know what he’s been up to. Just take a seat for a second and let’s come up with a plan. I promise he will die tonight!”

That calms his beast just a little. The guys inform me all the brothers are on their way. I tell the girls to follow us to Church. Church is a sacred place. We normally don’t let outsiders in but seeing as Cindy very well could have been sold to sex traffickers tonight, the girls have earned their spot.

It doesn’t take too long for all the brothers to show up for Church. Once we’re all settled, Sara plays the recording for everyone. The brothers are fuming. Bear looks like he’s ready to rip those fuckers to shreds.

“What’s the plan, Prez?” Axel asks. Before I can answer, Cara’s phone goes off.

“Cara, no phones in Church!” I bark. I didn’t mean to yell at her but I’m so on edge, it just came out. Luckily, my woman doesn’t let it affect her.

“I know, Viper. I need it in case Kevin sends me an update about Snake, which he just did. He left the bar, but he’s not headed this way.”

“Where the hell is he going?” Red yells.

Cara looks down at her phone. The scariest evil grin takes over her face. She looks up at Red. “He just met up with a couple of members from the Devils Outlaws.”

“Cara, send me their location. Everyone, we ride out in five.” I bring my gavel down and walk out.

Once I have my guns on me, I walk out to the common room and see all my brothers waiting, but that’s not what throws me. The girls are waiting as well. We don’t involve women. Ever. We protect them.

“Babe, what do you think you’re doing? You’re not going.”

“Viper, if you wanted some meek woman who is going to sit around and twiddle her thumbs, you have the wrong woman. When we worked for the government, we did shit you can’t even fathom. Snake was ready to sell a child to sex traffickers. I willnotsit here and do nothing,” Cara growls at me.

I look around the room and see nothing but respect from my brothers. “Are you two protected?” I ask.

They open their jackets and show me their holsters with their guns inside. “This isn’t our first rodeo, Viper,” Sara says, walking out the door. I tell two of the prospects to guard Cara’s door because the kids are still inside. We leave. Dice is driving the van. We’ll definitely be interrogating some Outlaws tonight.

We pull off the side of the highway. We have to come in on foot. Our bikes are too loud. They’ll be gone before we can get close. Closing in on the abandoned house they’re in, I look through the window. Snake is here with Hawk, Knuckles, and a couple of their prospects. They have two women with them, and they’re raping them! I’m going to kill these sick bastards.

I kick the door down and we quickly swarm them. We have them down on the ground in no time. “You sick son of a bitch!” I hear my woman yelling frantically. I look over and Cara is pistol-whipping Hawk. I hurry over to her and snatch her away before she kills the bastard. We need him for questioning.
