“Bailey is staying behind today and she’s looking forward to having you kids with her. She’s pregnant and that means that sometimes she doesn’t feel good. I was hoping you would help Bella keep an eye on her and the twins. I know you’re mad about the ride, but could you be good today for Bailey?” Pippa asks.
“I’m always good,” Craig answers in an offended voice.
“Yes, you’re a great kid, and I love that about you. But I need you to be extra good today. Okay?”
“Fine! Just suck all the fun out of my day, Pips!” Craig hollers before abandoning his food and racing back to his bedroom.
“He’s not going to be good today, is he?” Pippa asks me.
“Probably not, but Bailey can handle him. Quit worrying,” I tell her as I gather her into my arms and hold her tight.

“Don’t worry, Pippa. I live with Axel. I can handle almost any disaster and do that shit with a smile,” Bailey reassures Pippa.
“I’d be offended about that but it’s probably true,” Axel says while smirking at Bailey.
“It’s definitely true,” Ava adds.
“I’m leaving Toes at the gate today. If you need anything, call him and he’ll be here in a minute or so,” Gunner says.
We’re all standing around outside of the clubhouse waiting on the last few guys to show up. I’m impatient to get Pippa on my bike and pressed against my back. Chubs and Lucy are already on his trike, sitting sideways and talking quietly. I look around and realize that Vex is who we’re waiting on.
Just as I’m thinking that, I spot his bike coming towards the clubhouse. He circles those of us standing around and stops his bike in his spot in our formation. He doesn’t dismount or turn his bike off. Fuck it. Time to ride.

It’s been an amazing day of riding with my brothers and having Pippa tight against me. We file back into the compound gate and park our bikes near the clubhouse. Everyone dismounts amidst whooping, hollering and laughter. Great fucking day and now it’s time for beer, food and bullshitting.
Pippa wants to head straight to Bailey’s and see Craig so we start walking up the road to the homes. We stop and wait, with grins, when we see Craig, Mac, Gee and Loki walking our direction. The only one who has noticed us is Loki.
Mac is riding on Loki’s back while he and Craig are talking a mile a minute. They have definitely formed a bond. Craig’s hand is resting on Loki’s back as they stroll towards the clubhouse.
“He needs a pet, Pips.”
“Yeah, I was going to talk to Ava about that. See what she thinks would be best for him.”
“Let’s do that tonight, babe.”
Craig and Mac finally notice us and Craig starts running toward us. Gee lets out a squeal and gives chase with Loki trotting along with Mac. What a group of characters.
“Hi! How was your ride?” Craig shouts with a smile having apparently forgiven us.
“It was great,” Pippa answers as she bends down and hugs Craig, dirt and all. The kid is filthy again but that’s not a surprise.
“Hey Pooh! Guess what? Bailey made s’mores for us today! I’ve never had s’mores before but I love me some s’mores!”
I laugh at his enthusiasm and reach down to give Gee and Loki a pat.
“Hey, Craig. Were you good today?” I ask as I give Mac a high five.
“Of course! I told you I would be.”
Pippa and I each grab one of his hands and we walk back toward the clubhouse. As we walk past an old shed, I hear Pippa gasp and then start laughing. Looking her direction, I see Axel taking a piss next to the shed. He doesn’t stop or turn his back, of course, he just grins, winks and continues.
“No no no no!” screeches Mac.
“Hey, Mac! What do you think of this one?” Axel asks while shaking his dick free of piss.
