Axel pulls her closer and I wrap an arm around his waist. “Bentley suggested getting lunch, but I think we should stay in for the afternoon.” He looks up at me.

“Mira is with Autumn right now, probably for the rest of the day.” She mentioned still avoiding the suite today.

I look over at Janette who worries her bottom lip. “I told her Christopher and I broke up. She caught me coming back in and asked. She knows I’m seeing someone else.”

My stomach plummets. Did she know the whole time we were at the café?

“But I didn’t tell her who.”

Relief floods me. “Okay, sunshine. Want to order a pizza and relax together for a little while?”

“I was thinking more like round two in Blue’s bed,” Axel says, and I bump his shoulder, nodding toward Janette’s tearstained face. “But we could watch a movie and cuddle too.”

Janette laughs, grabbing one of his hands off her waist and pulling the two of us over toward the couch. “We’ll let you pick the movie, Axe.”

Axel lays across the couch, feet in my lap while I scroll through social media on my phone. Some crime show plays on the TV on low, Axel’s eyes trained on the screen with his arms crossed tensely over his bare chest. The suite has become a very clothes optional area in the last two weeks, not that I've complained. Living with my boyfriend and having our girlfriend come over basically every night has made me start thinking of clothes as pretty pointless, if not just in the way most of the time.

A knock sounds on the suite door and Axel sits up, letting his feet fall from my lap. I get up, pocketing my phone in my sweats and crossing over to open the door. Janette rocks on the balls of her feet on the other side, smiling when she sees me. I move to the side to let her in, closing the door before I turn and wrap my arms around her from behind, leaning down to place my chin on her shoulder and kiss her exposed neck. “Hi,” I breathe against her skin.

She laughs, turning to peck my lips before shoving my arms away and walking toward the couch. She takes off her backpack and tosses it at her feet. “Hi,” she says to me before sitting downnext to Axel who leans over to pull her against him and kiss her as well. I walk over and sit on the other side of the L shaped couch, watching them together with a smile.

“Missed you,” Axel murmurs, moving his lips to her jaw.

She pushes him away with another laugh, hands lingering on his chest while his stay loosely wrapped around her. “I saw you both in class this morning.” She rolls her eyes, leaning down to open her backpack and start taking things out and putting them on the coffee table.

“Yeah, but we can’t touch you in class,” I say, winking when she looks up at me with a faux exasperated frown. I can see the desire growing in her bright green eyes.

“And you didn’t stay the night last night, so it’s been even longer.” Axel leans forward, arms still wrapped around her, and kisses her shoulder. Her hair swings behind her in a long ponytail, curls straightened today.

I spread my arms out behind me on the couch, not missing the way both of them trail their eyes over my uncovered biceps. The arm holes of my loose tank are cut wide, leaving most of the sides of my torso exposed. I lean back, watching Janette shake her head and look away while Axel’s eyes light up, trailing to the obvious slight bulge forming in my sweats.

“I’m here for us to work,” Janette says, pulling out more books and setting them next to her laptop. “We only have five weeks till our presentation is due and we need to get started on the paper.”

Axel groans, forehead hitting Janette’s shoulder. I get up off the couch, going to my room to grab my laptop. Janette shoulders Axel off before I get back and he sits on the end of the couch by himself, arms folded with a petulant look on his face.

I put my hand on his shoulder over the back of the couch. “She’s right, baby. We can play later.” I lean down to kiss the spot where his neck meets his shoulder. He shudders beneathme, and I smile as I pull away, heading back to the couch I was on before.

Axel grumbles, getting up and disappearing into his room for a minute. Janette already has her laptop open and types away on the keyboard. She’s moved off the couch, settling into a crisscrossed position on the floor in front of the coffee table.

I boot up my laptop, logging in and opening my browser while Axel returns and settles onto the couch again. He sits right up next to Janette, the side of his leg touching hers. I stare at the two of them, mind wandering with ideas of what we could and have done alone in this suite.

I get up, heading to the kitchen to grab a water bottle and distract myself from the two of them. Cracking the seal, I lean back against the counter, remembering last week when I ate out Janette on the edge of it while Axel sucked me off. I close my eyes, trying to discipline my rushing blood. I drink some cold water, letting it chase some of the heat in my chest and head back toward the living room. I find Axel bent over Janette’s shoulder, breathing on her neck as she tries to show him something on her screen. She speaks slowly, hand shaking as she points at something and eyes drooping. I see Axel lick his lips, knowing he’s one second away from leaning in and running his tongue over her skin.

“We should go back to the library,” I blurt. Axel’s head whips up, dilated pupils meeting mine, and eyes narrowing.

Janette takes a deep breath, closing her laptop and starting to pack up. “That’s a good idea. Get dressed Axel.”

Axel huffs, standing quickly and going back to his room to grab a shirt. I whip my tank top off, walking to my own room to change into a sweater. The winter chill has started to creep in across campus and although the buildings have pretty good heating, walking across campus in a tank top is no longer an option. The snow will probably start soon and although Janettegrew up mostly in Maine, I’m worried the last few years in Georgia have made her soft in the cold. She’s already started complaining about the bitterness.

My eyes sting and I quickly pop my contacts out, grabbing my back up glasses and throwing on some warm socks. Packing my stuff into my bag, I return to the living room, finding a disgruntled Axel standing by the door, already bundled up and no Janette. “She went to get her coat and warmer shoes.” He places his hands on the straps of his bag, already slung over his back.

I walk up, placing my hands on his hips. “It’s too distracting trying to work here. We need to get some of this project done and then we can come back here, and both Janette and I will be all too happy to take turns fucking you for hours if you want.”

“You better,” he grumbles, sticking his bottom lip out in a pout. I lean forward, biting the invitation he just threw out, making him wince when I pull his lip away a little before releasing.

“Let’s go,” I say, smacking his ass after I put my shoes on. He opens the door, heading down the hall and I follow, closing the suite door behind me. We head down the stairs to Janette and Mira’s, picking up Janette before all getting into the elevator on her floor.
