He slices the apple in half and walks over and gives it to me. “We have no problem sharing the delicious things we eat; with each other.”

Instead of heading back to the desk, he stops in front of her. “Shall we give you a demonstration?”

“Finley, you’ll never get to taste my deliciousness again.”

I climb out of my seat and walk over to her. “Shall we do a pop quiz and put that declaration to the test?”

She bolts for the door. That’s the wrong thing for her to do. I shoot down the aisle and make it to the door before she does. She darts around the teachers’s desk and I heft myself up on it, using it to transit to the other side of the room. She pushes a table towards Finn, which he easily jumps over. We box her in and crowd her against the wall. Her heart’s racing and so is mine.

I toy with a lock of her hair. “You remember how this goes, don’t you, Thea?”

She stares straight ahead and refuses to answer my question. “For every lie or refusal to answer, we’ll deny you an orgasm.”

“That’s not torture. I don’t want you, therefore I don’t want to cum.”

I lean in and whisper. “We both know that’s not true. You love to cum.”

“You’re right. I do. What girl doesn’t like a toe curling orgasm? What I meant was, the sight of you makes my pussy shrivel up and die.”

“That’s fair, but the sight of you makes me want to tear through your cunt. Natural lubricant not required.”

She stiffens, and I put some space between us. “Don’t worry, Thea. I already told you that you’ll enjoy it in the end.”

She gasps and I look down and see Finn’s already worked his fingers inside her pants. He looks up and says, “I don’t know, Pet. You feel a little wet to me.”

“Silly boy, that’s not because of you.”

“No?”

“God, of course not. It’s because I’m thinking of all the ways I’m going to make you pay for touching me.”

“I love the way you make me pay, Pet.”

I steer the conversation back to the reason we’ve locked her in with us. “Will this latest round of retribution involve you sneaking into our rooms again?”

She doesn’t say anything; her face the picture of serenity and calm. Finn climbs to his feet, sucking his fingers in his mouth. I return to my seat and grab my backpack, and we leave the room without saying another word, ignoring the murderous look on her face. When we get to The Circle, I say, “Well?”

“Clenched up, just like you said.”

An involuntary reaction to the question. She did it and the memory gives her pleasure. Did she touch herself afterwards? Now that we know she is the one who was in our room, I need to figure out how she got in. The secret passage would be an easy answer for my room, but I know that’s not it. She doesn’t know it’s there. If she did, I’m sure she’d have already barricaded the door in her closest as a safety precaution.

Thea’s been glaring at us all day. I’d be irritated if it were anyone else, but with her, I’m secretly eating up the attention. We’re going to have to do something about her seating arrangements. It sends the wrong message to have a legacy sitting at a non-legacy table.

I’m pretending not to watch her, but Finn doesn’t care about being discrete. When she finally looks in his direction, he sticks his fingers in his mouth and sucks on them. To which she sticks her middle finger up and pretends to gag. He nods and bites his bottom lip, the action she mimed not having its intended effect. I’m with Finn. Who wouldn’t want her gagging on it?

When I notice Thea’s almost done eating, I go outside to stand in front of the exit she uses. Once she and LJ are a good distance away, I step aside and let other people come out of the door.

Pax comes to stand next to me. “How long are you going to keep doing that?”

“For as long as it takes for her to stop looking over her shoulder as if she’s expecting an attack.”

“That may never happen.”

“Then I guess that means I’ll never stop watching her back.”

“You know, even if she knew what you were up to, she’d be too much of a bitch to ever say thank you.”

I don’t need her thanks. I’m not doing it for recognition. My motives are purely selfish. I want her to feel safe enough to let down her guard, because when it comes time for her to be afraid again, those fears will be because of me. They will belong to me.
