Mitch straightened. “My Daddy is the best.”

That had everyone else in the room laughing.

“It’s nice to meet you,” Stone gave his hand one last gentle squeeze before releasing him and standing.”

“I finished setting the table Papa Bear.”

Mitch looked over his shoulder to see Colin standing in the doorway with his hands behind his back.

“And did you think about what you did?”

Colin dropped his head before nodding. “I’m sorry Papa Bear. I shouldn’t have been teasing you.”

“That’s right. Now come kiss me.”

Colin happily skipped over and kissed Cole. Then he was passed over to Stone to get another kiss.

Byron sat next to Mitch on the couch and Mitch cuddled close to him. He stuffed his paci back into his mouth as Byron’s arm went around his shoulder.

“We have about twenty minutes until dinner,” Cole said. “Why don’t we sit and catch up.”

Stone returned to the chair he’d been sitting in earlier. Colin dropped down between his legs to sit on the floor. Cole sat in the chair close to them.

Cole grinned. “So the move went better than you expected?” He nodded toward Mitch.

Byron laughed. He carded his fingers through Mitch’s hair yanking slightly. Mitch laid his cheek against Byron's chest. “I love it. My classes are going great and of course, I met Mitch.”

Mitch smiled up at him.

“We have a good group of friends that we spend time with both inside and outside the club.”

Cole nodded. “I knew Master Finn’s club would be perfect for you.”

“I met Mitch my first night there.” Byron yanked harder on Mitch’s hair. “Although it took a while to convince him that I was the perfect Daddy for him.”

Mitch pinched Byron’s side at his teasing.

“No way it took you as long as it did me to get my men,” Colin piped up. He was rubbing his face against Stone’s leg as Stone petted him.

It was nice, cuddling his Daddy as the conversation flowed around him. Stone didn’t say much but Cole, Colin, and Byron kept talking as Mitch drifted. He caught Stone’s eye once and received a relaxed wink.

It seemed that they both were happy sitting around listening.

There was still a connection though.

Mitch was comfortable there. He snuggled closer to Byron.

“There is something we wanted to tell you,” Cole said.

Byron nodded. “I sort of expected it with the push to have me come to visit when I’d just gotten my boy.”

“Yes,” Cole grinned. “I’m glad you decided to bring him with you instead. But…”

“We’re getting married!” Colin shouted. He was wiggling and bouncing as he held up his hand showing off a beautiful ring.

Cole threw his head back and laughed. “I knew I wouldn’t be the one who got to say it.”

“Sorry, Papa Bear.” Colin crawled over to Cole. “It’s just so exciting.”
