“You can’t know that.”

“I do.” Byron’s voice was filled with so much certainty that Mitch relaxed.

“You have your orders for the rest of the day?”

“Yes sir.”

“You are going to relax and have fun.”

“I am. I’m going to build a farm structure with my logs. Maybe make a whole town,” Mitch said. That was his plan anyway. It would keep his mind off the fact that Byron was reading over his part of the contract.

“I’ll be there at five. I can’t wait to see you. Be a good boy and have fun.” Byron hung up and Mitch sat at his desk and stared at the email screen. He’d done it. He had sent the mail that revealed his deepest and darkest desires.

Oh God! Mitch clutched his stomach as a wave of nausea rushed through him. Byron was going to think he was a freak.

Byron

Byron moved the bags from one hand to the other before knocking on Mitch’s front door. Mitch had already added Byron’s name to the approved guest list so he’d had no trouble getting into the exclusive condo building. Although by the look of disgust the doorman and security had both given him Byron didn’t see himself being friends with either man.

The door opened revealing his pale and wide-eyed boy.

His poor sweet boy. Mitch had probably worried himself sick all afternoon.

“May I come in?” Byron requested. He’d ask this time. Once the contract was signed their dynamic would change. Byron had found it hard to wait until the agreed five o’clock meeting time. As soon as he’d read over the contract, Mitch’s kink list, he’d wanted to get on his bike and get his hands on his boy.

Instead, Byron held himself in check and had gone shopping.

“Yeah, sorry.” Mitch opened the door and stepped back.

“Thank you, boy.” Byron entered the condo, stopping long enough to kiss Mitch’s cheek, before strolling into the kitchen.

He dropped his duffle at the entry of the kitchen before he set his bags on the counter. Byron turned, Mitch stood a few feet away fidgeting.

“Come here to Daddy and greet me properly.”

“Properly?” Mitch asked.

“With a kiss,” Byron told him. “Daddy should always get a kiss first thing.”

“Okay.” Mitch shuffled forward until he was within reach.

He looked adorable in his navy lounge pants with white rabbits and a plain white v-neck t-shirt. His feet were bare revealing Mitch’s cute toes. He even had his pacifier clipped to his shirt. Byron reached out and grabbed the front of Mitch’s shirt tugging him forward.

Mitch covered Byron’s lips with his. He thrust his tongue inside demanding entrance. Mitch moaned, clutching at him, as Byron plundered his mouth. He waited until Mitch was melting against him before he gentled the kiss then pulled away.

“You have nothing to fear from me,” Byron assured him.

“I know that,” Mitch whispered. “I think. I just-“

“I think we need to get the discussion of the contract out the way, so you’ll be able to relax,” Byron suggested.

Mitch nodded.

“Go sit at the table please,” Byron ordered.

Mitch shuffled across the room before pulling out the chair and sitting. He kept his gaze on his folded hands resting on the tabletop. Mitch needed reassurance. Byron wanted Mitch to be able to relax. Byron watched his boy, his boy, he loved knowing that Mitch was going to belong to him before picking up his duffle from the floor.

Byron pulled out the file with the pages he’d printed.
