Chuckling Grant leaned forward and yanked off his shirt before he leaned back against the couch. Caleb moved to see the screen while being able to reach his nipple.
Grant clicked off the lamp then turned on the show that Caleb had recorded for them. He pressed play as Caleb’s lips closed around his nipple.
His boy began to suckle as Grant threaded his fingers through his boy’s hair. The perfect end to the night.

Grant
Grant took a deep breath before he put his key into the lock and opened the front door to Caleb’s, no, their house. He’d been back to work for only two days from taking the time off to spend with Caleb but he was exhausted.
They were no closer to getting the new dangerous drug off the street. Another death had been contributed to the drug that day. Grant felt helpless as he watched his city falling prey to the monster who’d come up with the deadly combination of chemicals. The drug now nicknamed Phantom was out in the streets but Grant couldn’t find where it had started to appear. He was no closer to finding the dealers. Well, finding them alive anyway.
Two more dealers had been found by the river dead.
Grant now had the dealer’s murders to investigate along with the narcotics case. His plate was overfilling.
The house was quiet as he set his keys in the glass dish on the tall table by the door. It was a recent purchase he and his boy had made. Caleb might not think that he had a decorating taste but Grant thought Caleb had a good eye. He pulled out his wallet and dropped it and his badge next to his keys before making his way further into the house.
He could smell the distinct scent of the cleaner that Caleb used. They’d found the organic cleaner that would be safe to be used around the pets at a local shop. And taking Caleb to that shop, to do any shopping, had been an eye-opening experience.
Caleb really did have everything delivered. He never had done his own shopping. Grant had enjoyed showing his boy around the town. The store that sold organic food and other items had been Caleb’s favorite. Grant didn’t shop there often but as soon as Grant had passed it Caleb had been tugging on his sleeve and pointing.
His boy could afford the expensive store so they’d gone inside. The young man, Hayley, who’d greeted them was as sweet as he’d looked. Hayley had taken one look at Caleb and they were fast friends.
Hayley had been affectionate but not overstepping. Hayley had held Caleb’s hand as he’d personally shown them around. Hayley screamed ‘little’ to Grant and Grant already had plans to send Jace and Avery to the store. Another little for Avery to hang out with. Jace’s boy would be in heaven.
Grant had allowed Hayley and Caleb to exchange phone numbers knowing his boy needed more friends as well.
“Hey Daddy,” Caleb looked up from the floor where he’d been coloring.
“Hi, pretty baby.” Coming home to Caleb was exactly what he needed. His boy was wearing a baby blue silk and lace outfit. He looked amazing.
Caleb sat up on his knees and peered at him. “You look tired.” He rose and held out a hand. “Come sit down.”
“I need to lock up my gun.”
“Okay, you do that. I’ll get you a drink.”
“Thanks, baby.” Grant strolled to the room he’d confiscated as his office. There wasn’t much of his in there yet but he’d set his laptop on the desk and installed a gun case in the bottom drawer. He opened the drawer and unlocked the box before setting his gun, cuffs, and other accessories inside. He locked it back up before raising. He needed some time with his boy. Just a night to relax before he had to face the next day. And another body.
Walking back into the living room he smiled.
Caleb had turned the lights down low and had an open beer on the side table. “Come sit Daddy.”
Grant walked over and instead of sitting pulled Caleb into his arms. He held his boy taking in the sweet scent and soft skin. He rubbed his palms up and down Caleb’s silk covered back while pressing his lips against Caleb’s forehead.
His boy didn’t try to wiggle away or take things in a sexual direction. He merely held on tight until Grant was ready to let him go.
Grant gave Caleb’s forehead one more kiss before dropping to the couch.
Caleb lowered himself to the carpet in front of him before lifting Grant’s foot. Grant peered down at him.
“Let me take care of you,” Caleb insisted.
Grant nodded. “I’d like that baby.” He was seeing more of this sweet side of his boy more and more. Caleb was blooming under his care. It made Grant proud. Caleb was so loving and kind that Grant wasn’t surprised, he just wished he’d seen it sooner.
Caleb untied his boots before removing them and his socks. He rubbed the arch of Grant’s right foot and Grant had to suppress a groan. It seemed like he’d walked miles canvassing the neighborhoods looking for anyone who might have seen who the victim had been with.
