“Turn,” he ordered when he’d finished Caleb’s back. He repeated the cleaning of his front, barely touching his cock, Caleb so upset he didn’t get hard.

He washed Caleb hair last using care that the shampoo didn’t get in his boy’s eyes.

Grant wasn’t surprised to see tears again when Caleb was all cleaned up. He wanted so bad to assure his boy but not quite yet.

He turned off the water before opening the stall door and stepping out. He grabbed a towel from the rack and dried himself thoroughly before he turned and motioned Caleb to exit.

With gentle hands, he dried Caleb as well.

“Into the bedroom. Stand by the bed.”

Caleb moved slowly.

Grant followed and watched. He could see Caleb’s shaking finally subside. Good. At least his boy was warm and clean. He grabbed the pair of sweats he’d left there and yanked them on before walking to the closest. He didn’t know what of Caleb’s special clothes had made it through whatever had happened.

The floor was still a mess but the drawer hadn’t been touched. He pulled out a pair of pink panties then grabbed one of his long t-shirts that Caleb had hung at some time. Panties and Daddy’s shirt. That would be good for his boy to sleep in.

He returned to the bed where Caleb watched. Caleb’s eyes followed his hands as he held out the panties.

“Remove your thumb. Do not speak.”

The thumb popped out of Caleb’s mouth.

“Put your panties on.”

Caleb flinched. Grant had always demanded that he be the one to pull Caleb’s panties on. Caleb reached out and took the panties before he pulled them on.

“Arms up.”

Grant tugged on Caleb’s shirt but didn’t smooth it down or give any extra touches. He turned to the side of the bed and pulled back the covers.

“Climb in.”

He waited until Caleb was laying on his back looking up at him before he sat on the side of the bed.

“Put your thumb back in your mouth.”

Caleb did.

Grant gazed down at his boy before he stroked the side of Caleb’s face.

“You are going to go to sleep,” Grant told him. “I haven’t allowed you to speak because you need to think and not react out of anger or fear. I won’t listen to explanations or excuses when you’ve been drinking. I’m giving you time. But I want you to understand one thing.” He grasped Caleb’s chin to ensure Caleb was looking right in his eyes. “I am not going anywhere. You are not alone. We will deal with everything that happened tonight. Together. Do you understand?”

Caleb relaxed before he nodded.

“Now go to sleep. Trust me; you are going to need every bit of sleep you can get before tomorrow.”

Caleb winced then bobbed his head.

Grant leaned forward and kissed Caleb’s forehead. “Sleep. I’m not going anywhere. I will be here when you wake up.”

He rose from the bed and grabbed his clothes and shoes. He shut the door behind him knowing that Caleb was confused when Grant didn’t climb in bed with him. Grant dropped his shoes onto the floor and slipped his feet into them. He had to get the glass and broken ceramics cleaned up. The babies needed to be let out to pee before they settled in for bed. He couldn’t leave that mess until tomorrow.

It took half an hour and two bags of trash before he was satisfied that the pets would be safe walking around.

He went back to Caleb’s room and opened the door calling for the dogs. He’d let them out before he settled into one of the guest rooms. He wouldn’t be sleeping with his boy that night.
