They all managed to fit and Grant even got to wrap his arm around Caleb’s waist. He closed his eyes with his heart full.

Caleb

Caleb was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. He’d invited Grant for dinner saying that he’d take care of everything. That was so dumb. The weekend before they’d had such a wonderful date that had ended up with the most erotic and loving scene in his life. Caleb had wanted to expand on the experience so he’d invited Grant to hang out at his house.

His Daddy had commented on what a long and stressful week he’d had so far. Caleb wanted to spare Grant the worry of planning a date or doing something for him. Caleb wanted to show Grant that he wasn’t a selfish boy. He had more to offer to Grant than his mouth or ass.

Now that Grant would be there any minute Caleb realized he’d made a huge mistake. He wasn’t meant to be a partner someone could depend on. He’d had the food delivered and at least it was warming in the oven. It was the first time he’d even turned the fucking appliance on! He’d had to look up YouTube videos just to figure it out.

Once the food was warming in the oven Caleb went about setting the table for an intimate dinner. Which was where everything had gone wrong. Who knew he had so many fucking dishes to choose from? There were literally six different sets. Some appeared to be for casual meals while others were heavy and solid. Knowing himself Caleb wanted to use the lighter plates since he was scared he would drop one of the big ones. But would Grant think Caleb didn’t care for him if he didn’t use the expensive setting?

Deciding on the red plates that seemed to be casual but also had gold trim to fancy them up took twenty minutes. Choosing wine glasses had taken another fifteen minutes. And by the time he got to the silverware he was just done.

Caleb just grabbed the first set he found.

He took more time choosing the candles, placemats, and napkins. But he was so mentally exhausted that Caleb didn’t even look forward to the night anymore. Caleb wanted to crawl back in bed. He felt like such a failure. If he couldn’t even provide a nice dinner for Grant than his Daddy wouldn’t stick around for long. Maybe to the end of the month until he got his fill out Caleb’s body but not long past that.

Wiping the tears from his eyes Caleb headed toward his room. He needed to change clothes. Maybe if he put on his most slutty outfit then Grant would overlook the fact that Caleb didn’t have more to offer.

Quickly tossing his jeans and t-shirt in the direction of the closest Caleb rushed into the bathroom to freshen up.

Back in his room, he chose a pair of skintight jeans with holes in some intimate places. He also went with a short pink tank top that showed off his abs. Happily exposed he hurried to the living room just as a knock came on the door.

His fur babies had been understandably confused by all his activity and going on. Now they raced to the front door and Caleb knew how they felt. He was almost desperate to get Grant inside and lock the rest of the world out for a few hours.

He had to push the dogs back so he could get the front door open.

Grant grinned at him. “I’ve been looking forward to seeing you all day.” He walked forward until he had Caleb pressed against the door. Pressing their foreheads together. Grant sighed deeply as he gazed down at Caleb. “Hello, pretty baby.”

“Hi Daddy,” Caleb whispered. The exhaustion and emotional upheaval from earlier melted away. He’d needed to see Grant too.

“I love the way those words sound coming from your mouth.” Then Grant kissed him. Slowly but thoroughly.

Caleb grasped Grant’s upper arms to keep upright when his knees threatened to give up on him. Grant must have known he needed the help as he wrapped his arms around Caleb’s waist.

Only when breathing became a necessity did they break apart but Grant didn’t go far. “How’s my boy doing?”

“Okay.” Caleb didn’t want to add to Grant’s stress. His Daddy already had dark circles under his eyes and when he’d spoken the night before Grant had barely been able to keep his yawing to a minimum.

“Hmm,” Grant murmured. “We’ll see about that I guess but for now I can smell something delicious and I’m starving. I missed lunch and didn’t want to grab something too late because I knew you were excited about our evening.”

He had been but he would have understood if Grant had eaten already. The fact that he’d held off filled Caleb with warmth. “The food is ready Daddy,” Caleb told him. “I have it warming.”

“Then why don’t we go inside and eat. Then we’ll have some cuddle time on the couch and talk about your day.”

“I’d like that Daddy.” Caleb loved the way Daddy rolled off his tongue for Grant. He’d said it before, he was well used by Doms, but he’d never meant them as he did now.

Grant gave a sharp whistle grabbing the attention of Daisy and Gunny who ran to them. They received head pats before Grant led the way inside. Lucy sat a few steps away and Grant didn’t neglect her. He crouched down and overly loved on her before standing and holding his hand out to Caleb.

“Feed me, baby,” Grant ordered. “Then maybe I’ll allow you to feed me something even better later.”

Caleb blushed. He knew what Grant was suggesting and loved it. “Please Daddy.”

“Good boy.” Grant held his hand and pulled him toward the kitchen.

“No!” Caleb yanked Grant’s arm. “You need to go in there.” He pointed toward the dining room.
