Bryceson gripped her waist, bucking into her as she rode him. Her thumb grazed his nipple, forcing a groan from his lips and making his entire body jerk. She leaned down and trailed her tongue over his nipple, loving the guttural sounds her actions ripped from him.

He met her body thrust for thrust, pound for pound, the headboard acting as a drum signaling the approach of their orgasm. The faster they fucked, the faster the beat of the drum sounded.

Finally, as they reached their peak, their cries of ecstasy melded together, creating a symphony of raw emotion and passion. Tati exploded, screaming Bryce's name as her juices rained over his cock.

Seconds later, he roared her name, filling her with his cum as he continued to thrust into her tight pussy. Their bodies continued to writhe against each other as their orgasm sent them soaring to new heights.

As they slowly came down from their high, their bodies still entwined, there was no doubt in either of their minds that they were meant to be together, now and forever. Bryce held her against him. Tati rested her head against his chest as his cock still rested inside her heat.

"Never leave me again, Tati," Bryce whispered, his voice filled with love and desperation.

"Never," she vowed, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. "We'll face whatever comes our way, together. No more running."

And as they lay wrapped in each other's embrace, there was no force on earth that could tear them apart. They'd been through the fire. They were no longer afraid of hell.

he shrill ring of Bryce's phone shattered the peaceful silence, jerking them both awake. Tati watched him scramble out of bed and search his pants pockets for the offending device. He answered on the fifth ring, his voice still rough from sleep.

"Hello!” Seconds ticked by. “Okay," he muttered into the receiver, followed by a curt, "Keep me updated. Thanks. Yes. Yes. She is."

He ended the call and placed the phone on the nightstand before climbing back into bed.

Tati couldn't help but ask, "Who was that?"

"Taro," Bryce replied, pulling her close to him once more.

"Why does Taro have your number?" She questioned, curiosity getting the better of her.

"We had a conversation while you were in the bathroom at the Farrina event.”

“About?”

“A way to keep you safe. I approached him to tell him to stay away from you. Only to have him tell me that your mother hired him to kill the Farrinas.”

“That traitor told you that?” She was going to rip Taro’s mouth off!

“Yes. I told him I wanted to handle Farrina. But he insisted that since he’d taken the money, to let him do it. But he wanted you safely out of the way. We planned for me to kidnap you at the restaurant that night. But we didn't plan on the other attackers showing up. He just let me know what we’d already confirmed: those were Farrina’s men."

Her mind was reeling. As Tati processed the information, she realized just how deep Bryce's obsession with her truly ran. And despite everything, it only made her love him more. Tati tried to summon feelings of betrayal, but they wouldn't come.

She looked at Bryce and asked, "Taro said he was looking for information before he did the job. How’s the search going?"

"His leg was wounded in the fight, so he's staying at your place to recover," Bryce told her.

“That’s not what I asked you. I asked how his search for information was going?”

He sighed before asking, "Are you sure you want to know the rest?"

Tati nodded, steeling herself for what he was about to say. What horrible thing had Taro done to the Farrinas? They deserved it. But still, she felt a little guilty.

Bryce took a deep breath, then said, "Taro got a call from Tina the Demon saying the job was done. His services were no longer needed, and he could keep the money in case she needed him in the future."

Tati sat up in bed, staring down at Bryceson. "What?" she asked, disbelief etched across her face. "My mom hired someone else to finish the job?"
