She leaned over to kiss my shoulder. She kissed my other shoulder before sliding her tongue down my chest. She pushed herself up, positioned herself on me and began riding against me. It caught me by surprise, but I had to admit, it felt fucking good.

“Porsha…”

“I really miss this. I miss you,” Porsha whispered.

I still didn’t understand why she left, but that’s something I’d have to ask at another time. Right now, I was going to enjoy this moment and the pleasure she gave me.

ow… just wow.

That was all the words I could muster after my session with Remy. It felt so good to reconnect with him and enjoy each other. I missed being like that with him and I hoped, we could continue to be like that, but I knew it would be short-lived once Remy learned about my secret.

I was wrapped up in his arms as he gave kisses on my collarbone. “That was fun.”

“It definitely was.”

“But, are you okay? I know we weren’t protected…”

“It’s okay, Remy.”

“We haven’t been together in 10 years. You don’t know who I’ve been with or if you…”

I moved from Remy, so I could face him. I gave a quick kiss to quiet him. “Yes, we haven’t been together for a long time, but I trust you, just like you trust me, right?”

“I do. Besides, I been so busy, I haven’t been with anyone. The last person was a year ago, and I have gotten tested.”

“Wow, you’re telling me that you haven’t had an occasional fling?”

“I’m not saying I haven’t; I just haven’t in a long time.”

“I haven’t been with anyone in years. Yes, I had a fling or two, but it really wasn’t anyone special. Especially when they didn’t hold a candle to you.”

He smiled, showing me those sexy dimples that I love. “Same here.”

“I can’t believe we’re having this talk after our sex session.”

“At least we’re having it. That’s all that matters, right? Besides, I wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize you or your health. You mean too much to me for that.”

My heart sank at the words he was expressing to me. He still loved me, which I knew would be short lived once my secret was exposed. Instead, he wasn’t going to want anything more to do with me.

“What’s wrong?”

I gave a tiny smile. “Nothing; I guess I’m thinking about how far we’ve come. Just a few days ago, we were barely speaking; now, we’re closer than ever.”

“Crazy, huh?”

“It is.”

I snuggled up to Remy as I wondered how to bring up what I’d heard earlier at the party. I didn’t want the little happy moment I had to be over with in an instant.

But I need to know…

“The night that I left, were you going to propose to me?”
