And evil. And a pervert. And deserving of having his dick cut off and shoved up his ass. No, he may like that. He deserved to have his dick cut off, and his ass hole scooped out with a hot ice cream scooper.Mission first. Emotions later.Exa took a deep breath and released it slowly so she could focus.

“But there’s something strange,” Seven said. “If he’s having an art show, then some of the things being brought into his house make sense. Like the display cases and the frames and all of that. But other things are being brought in. Things that aren’t usually at art shows.”

“Let me guess,” Exa said. “Cages?”

“How did you know?”

“Wild guess.” Exa’s gaze drifted to Scar. He didn’t appear to believe her. She stared down at the bed. “Seven, send all the files to Scar’s computer, and I’ll look over them.”

“Alright. Are you okay, Exa?”

“I am, hon. Good job. You’ve gotten me accurate intel, and you got it fast. I’ll be adding that to your progress report. Thanks.”

“You’re welcome. Bye.”

“Bye.” Exa hung up.

“What’s wrong?” Scar asked before she could even lay the phone on the bed. “What is it that you didn’t want to tell Seven?”

“I... uh.” Exa took a deep breath and released it slowly. “I know what the judge really has planned for two days from now.”

“It isn’t an event for art enthusiasts, is it?”

“Oh, it is. However, that’s just a cover. He always has covers for his main attractions. The main attraction will go down after the art event.”

Exa explained to Scar what the art events at the judge’s house were really about. She explained what went on at night and what the cages were for. She told him of the screams she’d heard after some events.

And of the cleaning crew that always came the next day to clean up the main room and the basement of the judge’s house. He paid the owner of the cleaning team and the staff a lot of money to do the job, more than it was worth.

“He was buying their silence. That sick fuck!” Scar cursed. “This just makes me want to kill him more. Oh, look. Liam just sent another file. He has it marked red, meaning it’s important.”

“Let’s see it.”

Scar opened it. Damn, Liam was good. He was able to hack into the judge’s secretary’s laptop.

“He even found out who the judge’s secretary was,” Exa mused.

“He’s thorough. Look. He got us invitations to the event.”

“He has your name as Matthew Michaels,” Exa pointed out. “And he has me down as Amber Michaels.” It was cute that Liam had made them a married couple. “I guess he had to use names the judge wouldn’t recognize.”

“That and look at this.” Scar scrolled down. “Before I hung up with him, he told me he’d be able to wipe us from this list.”

“Shit!” Exa said as she read Liam’s note.

On the secretary’s laptop, Liam found a guest list for the event. That was great. What was bad was that he also found awatchlist. And on that list were Angel Bailey and Ben Ross.

“He has us on his watch list. There are also pictures of us,” Exa exclaimed.

There were twenty other images and names on the list. Two were people she recognized.

“Oh, my gosh! Look.” Exa pressed the screen, pointing at an image. “That’s my superior, Nova.”

It was a picture of her when she was younger. Around the time she saved Exa. The judge must not have an updated picture of her.

“He has her name listed as Liang Jingyi, her fake government name. And that lady right there is one of the maids who worked for him when I lived with him. He’s making sure he’s keeping his enemies out of this event,” Exa mused.

“Liam is working on getting our images deleted from the page,” Scar told her. “With our invitations, we’ll be able to get into the party as long as no one notices us. Or, we can go in the night before the party.”
