Stepping into my space, her hand rests on my chest as she looks up into my eyes. “Xavier, is it? Stop flirting with me.”

“Seriously? Baby, stop pretending that you don't remember my name and that you didn't come screaming on my tongue.”

Rising up on her tiptoes, I bend to meet her, and as her lips brush against the shell of my ear, she whispers, “Be more specific.” And again, she walks away, leaving me with a hard dick.

We’re fucking four bars deep, and I’ve never hated a day of drinking more. But we made it to The Pink Pet, a recently opened club, and I haven’t gotten another moment with London alone. At least this bar is interesting, and enormous, with dark floors, pink walls, stained glass, and these alcoves around the perimeter of the space. I've counted six along each wall and apparently, they are spaces for dancers, but when they aren’t in use, they are open to the clubgoers. A little privacy where you can actually pet your… pet. The club owners are wild for this, but I’m hoping to get London into one. Speaking of London, she and the girls are leaning their backs against the huge bar that runs along the entire back wall as they talk and look over the crowd on the dance floor.

The last time I checked on her, her eyes were getting glassy. But she's doing a good job keeping up with the girls. Thankfully,Sasha slides her a water after every other drink, just to make sure she doesn't keel over. With my eyes trained on London, a couple of guys wander over to stand beside me.

A tall guy with cornrows says, “Hey, I saw you come in with those girls.” He nods over to the bar.

Of fucking course.Taking a sip of my beer, I look over at the guy speaking to me. “Yep.”

“That one in all black…”

Here we fucking go.Gem and Sasha walked in here arm and arm with Eli and Ty. But fucking London had to brush me off and now this asshole probably thinks she's available.

My voice is gruff as I say, “Yeah?”

He laughs. “She looks like fucking trouble.”

Then we’re both laughing.

“You have no idea, man. But it’s nothing I can’t handle. The good thing is, I fucking love trouble. It’s my favorite. It feels so damn good in my hands.”

Slapping me on my back, he wishes me luck with that as he walks off with his friends.

Where have I heard that before?

Taking that as my cue, I head in her direction, stopping a few feet behind her, but she hasn’t seen me and neither does the guy who has appeared out of nowhere.

Overhearing her, “Hi. London.” I can hear the smile in her voice.

Oh, no. We can’t have that. The guy, sensing he has a shot, takes a step closer.

“Hey, London. I’m—”

“Nobody,” I interrupt, stepping forward. “You’re no one to her.” Both of their heads whip in my direction as I grin back. “You can see yourself out.” I point over my shoulder.

Nobody’s confidence falters as he looks between us, eyebrows up near his hairline. “Excuse me?”

I don’t respond, just smile and reach between them, grabbing a handful of peanuts from the bar, tossing them in my mouth. They both watch me as I chew. “That was probably a bad idea, right? Everyone’s grubby little hands have touched these.” I screw up my nose, wiping my hands.

Nobody still stands there, looking between us. “Sorry, I didn’t know you were together.”

“We aren’t,” she starts, but I cut her off.

“We aren’t?” I gesture with my thumb. “Then why did you fuck me in the bathroom?”

His eyes bulge out of his head, and she laughs.

“That was months ago!” She waves a hand around, brushing aside my claim.

“Ha, you do remember me.” Stepping in front of Nobody, I smirk. “So, you’re just being a brat, huh?”

She shrugs, her tongue peeking out of the corner of her mouth, and I follow the movement as she does the same on the opposite side.

“I don’t know why you’re playing with me. You know these boys can’t handle you,” I say, raking my teeth over my bottom lip, remembering just how well I handled her ass.
