“Try it on,” Diana demanded, grinning.
“No problem.”
It was the first one she put on, practically quivering with hope in the dressing room. Yes, yes, YES! The dress fit perfectly. The sober navy blue kept it classy. The sweetheart neckline and satin snugly encasing her breasts would be the first thing any man would see, followed by the ever-moving fabric of the skirt. When she walked, the chiffon was so light and fluffy, it moved with her, giving tantalizing glimpses of her winter-creamy thighs. When she spun, the skirt flared out, and her legs were visible almost up to the point of showing panties.
Class, seduction, sex—the was the perfect dress. Easily accessible for Todd’s hands and mouth. The layers of the skirt would frustrate and tease him as they floated. She imagined them fucking, standing against a wall somewhere as her skirt rippled and flared around them. So hot.
“This is it.” Grinning in the mirror, she twirled again for her friend, and Diana applauded.
“Hallelujah,” she said, teasingly pretending she was too exhausted to move after the long day of shopping. But Allison could tell from Diana’s approving and happy expression, she was happy for Allison.

When the phone rang the morning of her birthday, with a phone number she didn’t recognize, Allison picked it up immediately, even though the ringing had woken her. Hoping, but not expecting, she was rewarded with the deep, rich rumble of Todd’s voice.
“Happy Birthday, Princess.”
“Thank you,” she said softly, feeling suddenly and unaccountably shy, a little anxious, and scared. She hugged her pillow to her belly, rolling onto her back as she held the phone to her ear. In a way, she felt like a teenager again, getting her first phone call from a boy. So silly, but she liked the fluttery feeling in her stomach.
“Sorry, I can’t be there to help celebrate.”
“I’m really looking forward to celebrating with you,” she said. “Tonight, I’m just doing a boring thing with my parents.”
“Ah, no friends to take you out?”
“That’s tomorrow,” she said.
“And the guy you told me about? Will he be there tonight or tomorrow?”
Allison grinned. It was obvious Todd didn’t like the idea of her being with someone else, and that knowledge filled her to the brim with happiness. He was jealous, and she liked it.
“Neither. I broke up with him before Christmas.”
The silence made her a little nervous. Had she misread the situation? Had he preferred her with someone else, so it would be obvious there was no emotional attachment? Not that she was sure she could fake not being emotionally attached to him.
“Good girl,” he said finally, his voice low. Hearing that made her shiver with pleasure. Yes, she wanted to be his good girl—his and only his. “Would you like a birthday surprise from me, Princess?”
“Yes,” she said, even though she had no idea what he meant.
“Go get the toys I sent you for Christmas.”
Hot lust surged through her. The sexy purr in Todd’s voice had already been turning her on, and now, she was completely awake and ready to go. If only he was here to take advantage, but since he wasn’t, she’d take whatever it was he wanted to do to her. She’d always scoffed at the idea of phone sex or cybersex, but that was before she’d fallen in love with a man who was on the other side of the world.
“Okay, I have them.”
“What are you wearing?”
“Nothing, I just woke up.”
More silence. It occurred to Allison, the silences on Todd’s end might be because he was getting himself under control—emotionally when she told him she had broken up with Roger, and physically, now that he knew she was bare-ass naked. She grinned. Nice to know she affected him as much as he affected her.
“That’s hot, Princess. Do you always sleep naked?”
“Ever since moving out of my parents,” she said, her voice taking on its own sexy purr. “What are you wearing?”
“Boxers. I’m just getting in bed.”
“Well, I hope whatever we’re about to do is going to give you pleasant dreams.”
