Chapter Fourteen
(Gio)
“You think we should go up to your condo now?” I asked, tearing my lips away from Keith’s. We had arrived at his apartment building at least fifteen minutes ago and had been sitting in his car like a couple of teenagers going at it. While it was exciting, my cock was so hard that I needed enough leg room so we could have sex. All the touching and kissing left me frustrated.
“Let’s go.”
We didn’t meet anyone while we took the elevator to his floor which was a relief considering our tented pants front were identical. His hands were all over my ass as he gave me the key to unlock the door for us. I was pleased that we didn’t go to the apartment he used for his sex games. It warmed me that he was making a change and I didn't take it for granted.
We tumbled into the condo, and he closed the door a bit too hard behind us. My mouth fastened to his as we kissed. He reached for my tie to loosen it but almost choked me instead. I laughed and pulled away. “Let me do that.”
He flicked on the light and pulled off his own tie with one jerk. He reached for my shirt button, but I stepped back. “Hey, I don’t have anything else here, and I’m not allowing you to fuck up my shirt.”
He groaned and ripped his shirt open sending the buttons flying. “Come on, we wear the same size.”
That was true enough but still, I evaded his hands, and with a soft laugh walked backward to his living room. The laughter died when a young man in his teens sat up on the couch, looking back at us, disoriented from sleep. He wore nothing but a shirt and boxer shorts.
“What the hell are you still doing here?” Keith demanded, and my earlier happiness plummeted at discovering this young boy in his home. I stared at him, the bruises on his face, his arms, and legs. My chest heaved in anger as I turned to Keith. Had he fucked this boy then picked me up for the charity? I had forgiven him for the way he had humiliated me a couple nights ago. I didn’t agree with what he had done, but I’d tried to understand it so I had forgiven him. This! This was unacceptable though. We hadn’t discussed exclusivity, but for fuck’s sake, I had asked him to fire his PA because he’d likely fucked the guy too. He should have gotten a fucking clue.
“I-I’m sorry, I must have fallen asleep,” the boy answered, gulping in fear as he glanced from Keith to me. “I’ll go. I’ll get dressed and go. You told me I could rest a bit, and I must have fallen asleep on the couch.”
“You’re fucking him?” I exploded at Keith before he could respond. I didn’t care if the boy was there watching our fight.
“I am not,” Keith replied. “He needed some help, so I offered it to him. He should have left as soon as he took a shower.”
I didn’t believe him. Keith was a horndog. I couldn’t look at the teen the way he was, half-dressed, looking even cute and not think Keith hadn’t tapped that ass. The boy even reminded me of Bryan, slender, youthful and wide-eyed innocence. Did he think I was born yesterday?
“I’m leaving! You can pick up wherever you all left off.”
“No, sir. He’s telling the truth,” the boy replied, grabbing a pair of jeans from the couch beside him and pulling it on. “He didn’t do anything wrong. Please, you can’t go.” He glanced at a furious Keith nervously. “Please, stay. He warned me if I came between you two tonight he’d-well it wouldn’t be pretty. I don’t want to come between anybody. I’m just trying to survive, and he’s a generous man.”
I stared in disbelief at the boy to Keith though I shouldn’t have been surprised. “A rent boy? You’d jeopardize what we have over a fucking rent boy?”
“No, of course not!” Keith denied, then leveled his eyes at the teen. “You, shut your fucking trap. Every time you flap your lips the wrong things come out. Are you even listening to yourself? Get out.”
“Y-y-yes.”
“No need to,” I quipped. “I was leaving anyway.”
The boy skidded past me for the door and disappeared through it, slamming it shut. I stalked toward the door and grasped the handle before Keith’s hand on my shoulder stopped me. I turned and shoved him in the chest hard because I was so pissed at him. He was supposed to show me that I had been wrong about Tate. In fact, he was supposed to show me that I hadn’t needed Tate all along, that I had things messed up because I hadn't wanted to lose him. How was he supposed to do that when he was busy sleeping around?
“Don’t touch me!” I snapped at him. “I’m not fucking, Bryan. Don’t lay hands on me and think I won’t fight back. Just back off, Keith!”
“Don’t. Ever. Do. That. Again.” Keith’s eyes smoldered with anger as he approached me once more. “I told you nothing happened between us. He needed some help. I offered it. You heard him. He just fell asleep on the couch. Don’t ruin this, Gio.”
“The kid’s just protecting you. He said you threatened him for fuck’s sake!”
“I threatened that if his appearance here caused me to be late picking you up or cause any other problems between us I’d…” He trailed off and glanced away.
“You promised to do what Keith?” I jerked the door open a fraction. “Knowing your specialty let me guess. You’d tie him up, fuck him then leave him hanging? Well, guess what? He’s all yours big guy. Pretty sure he’ll be back once I’m gone.”
I didn’t get a foot out the door. Keith pushed the door shut so hard it rattled. He crowded me against the door, and I was just the right amount of pissed to throw the first punch. I elbowed him in his gut hard enough for him to double over.
“What the fuck did you do that for?” he wheezed. “Quit it, Gio. This is insane, and I don’t want to hit you.”
I was too furious with him for wrecking us to heed his warning. Besides, I was spoiling for a fight knowing we were evenly matched. This time when I opened the door again and he slammed it shut, pressing me to the door, I’d had enough.
“Gio, will you just listen?”
