If these assholes wanted to cage me in, fine. I’d make a party of it. I picked up my phone and scrolled through the list of songs for Iggy Azalea’s‘Fancy’and hit play.
Multiple eyes swung my way when the music blared loudly from my speakers. Their dour looks further deepened when Bailey clapped her hands and sang along. I’d never loved my roommate more.

Playingover an hour of Iggy Azalea songs was a great way to piss a bunch of bikers off. When we pulled into the clubhouse, they couldn’t get away from me fast enough.
“So,” Bailey stretched her neck and peeked over me at the bikes driving away. “Does this mean we can go home?”
That’s when the clubhouse door opened, and Tanner stepped outside to shoot me a smug smirk.
“I doubt it.”
Unfortunately, Chase had men everywhere. Since we’d basically been carjacked and brought here, I doubted any of them would let us leave.
“Look, it’s Bailey and Naomi.”
My forehead furrowed at Cammie and Lane, coming around the other side of the clubhouse.
“What are you doing here?” And more importantly, why were there two bikers following them around?
Cammie waved her hand through the air. “Oh, we’re all here.”
Excuse me?
“What do you mean we’re all here?”
“Well,” Cammie flicked her strawberry hair over her shoulder and stared up at the darkening sky. “They made us all get in a van and brought here. And let me just add, the accommodations are seriously lacking.”
Lane shifted her gaze back at the two men following them, then leaned in to whisper, “I think we were kidnapped. Chase threatened Alex and Prue with a gun.”
Did he now?
Were all men kidnapping assholes? At least I could deal with this kidnapping asshole. I grabbed my purse, slung it over my shoulder, and climbed out of the car.
Tanner leaned back against the wall with a twinkle in his eye. “You don’t look too happy. What’s wrong, Sweetheart?”
I swear to god, if one more person called me sweetheart, I was going to shove their balls down their throat.
“Don’t start with me.” I threw my arm to point at him. “And if one of my girls gets hurt, I’m holding you personally responsible.”
I cocked a brow when his mouth fell open to argue. That was enough for him to shut it again. Maybe he wasn’t as dumb as I thought?
Tanner didn’t say anything else, and neither did anyone else when I strutted inside and marched up the stairs. I didn’t hear a single voice until I got to the second floor and neared the bar doors.
“Karl and Hex should be fine.”
I don’t know who said that and didn’t really care. It was the next voice that got my attention.
“Good.”
Chase.
“Take some guys and do some recon on the compound. We don’t want to go in blind this time.”
Sounded like they were in some kind of meeting, not that I cared. Whatever they were discussing wasn’t as important as what I had to say. Besides, someone had to rip Chase a new one.
I barged through the door and slammed my purse down on one of the tables. “What the hell were you thinking?”
