“It’s my turn to lick you,” I tell her.

My hands skate up her sides.

I need to get out. Or drag her upstairs.

She maneuvers herself back up and wraps her arms around my neck.

“Why don’t you and Alexei put the BBQ on? That might distract you.”

“Good idea. Because I’m ten seconds away from pulling your panties to the side and fucking you here.”

She leans in and bites my shoulder.

“Nope.” She bursts out laughing and untangles herself from me, swimming away back to the stairs.

Smacking her ass like I’m beating a drum as she climbs out of the pool, I follow her, grabbing my towel from the chair as she wraps herself up in her red one.

“Good swim?” Lara yawns as she speaks.

“Refreshing,” Ana chirps back and wiggles her brows at me.

Wiping off the excess water from my arms, Ana’s face morphs into fury as she looks behind me.

I turn my head to find Zoya walking towards us down the path from her house.

She gives me a little wave. I ignore her and turn back to Ana.

I’m already dreading the show Zoya will put on.

If it wasn’t for Galena, I would have booted her on her ass by now. I’ve never taken notice of her advances over the years.

Now, they infuriate me because I know it’s upsetting Ana.

I have no interest in Zoya. Never have, never will.

I’ll just make it clear that I belong to Ana. It seems to work.

Before she approaches the group, I step behind Ana and wrap my arms around her waist, pulling her back against my chest.

“Miki, Lara, Alexei,” she greets us all with a smile before her gaze lands on Ana.

Her eyes darken.

“Anastasia,” she says her name like spitting venom.

I hold Ana tighter, reassuring her.

“Zoya. Why don’t you come and help me grab the beers?” Lara says, jumping up from her seat.

“Hmm.” Zoya’s eyes flick between me and Ana before taking a slow step towards my sister.

Lara ushers her off, giving Ana an apologetic smile.

Ana spins in my arms.

“Nice of her to leave her dignity at home,” she grumbles.

I didn’t take notice. I try to avoid that entirely.
