Claire gasped in horror, somehow more outraged than when I was baiting her. “We can’t do that! This stuff is expensive! I’m unemployed now, so I don’t have money to just throw around buying cute topsandcute bras!”

She was blushing again.Adorable.

“I’ve got two pockets, then. Like I said… I won’t take out your unmentionables on the plane to rub against my face or anything. We’re trying to hide out, not make a scene.” She reluctantly shoved the bra in one of my coat pockets and shirt in the other. “I’ll wait until we’re at the safehouse for that.”

She shrieked, smacking both her hands at me, and I just held my arms up to protect my face, trying not to show how amused I was.

Jim had no such qualms, giving a hearty chuckle before reaching around me to try and grab Claire’s arms and calm her down.

She stopped her assault, but confirmed with Jim. “Fine. Fine! But that’s worth at least a nut punch once we’re safe again, right?”

Ooof.

I recoiled on instinct, clutching the family jewels. I saw Jim doing the same.

“Not much is worth that,” he said, wincing. “But maybe you can throat punch him for it, okay?”

She thought about it for a second. “Okay,” she nodded. “That’s a fair compromise.”

And the two of them shook on it, like I wasn’t even present.

Then Jim’s phone dinged with a text message. He gave it a quick glance, giving a satisfied nod.

“Alright kids, here’s the new deal. Blake got Leo Lombardi and took him into custody. Antonio ran off and Blake hasn’t seen him since.”

“He’s like a little weasel,” I grunted. “Always in your business, but skitters away at the first sign of danger.”

Jim nodded. “Right. Well, he knows he’s been made, so he’s not likely to show his face here again. Now we can go. We’re going to a different location just to be safe, but everything should be good.”

“So Blake isn’t coming back then?” Claire asked. Did she look disappointed? Maybe. Was I being a jealous ass? Obviously.

“Nope.” Jim popped the “P” and smiling widely. “I know you had the hots for him, too, but you’ll just have to settlefor hanging with my grumpy ass and Will’s bootylicious one instead.”

I choked on air. “Don’t objectify me, old man. I’m not one of your Bond girls. I only put my ass on display for special occasions.”

Claire was just blushing again. “I didn’t have the hots for Blake. I just liked him. He was easy to talk to and reminded me of-”

“Well, no matter what, Lucas Blake is not a US Marshal.” I interrupted. Maybe it was petty, but I didn’t want to hear her try to explain away her little crush. “Jim is. Blake saw us off safely so he could keep building the case and bring us back in when it’s time to testify, but now it’s Jim’s job to to take care of us and keep us safe. So let’s just not talk about him anymore, okay?”

“Right you are, Will,” Jim said. “So can I get on with the plan?”

Claire nodded, smiling sheepishly. “I didn’t mean to imply you’re not good at your job or anything. I’m just comfortable with Blake. I’ll get comfortable with you soon enough.”

“Especially if he keeps encouraging you to clock me,” I supplied helpfully. “That’s sure to gain your trust soon enough even if he wasn’t so damn good at his job.” How the hell did he get freaking keys to the airport? And get us in the exact right position to use them when we needed to? It was amazing.

This time she did let her smile peek through, and that was enough for Jim.

“Alright, so we should be in the clear. We’ll head to our new gate. Since we’re eligible for pre-boarding we can just waltz right on board to our seats. You two squish in behind the door whileI take a quick look to make 100% sure the coast is clear, and then we’ll get going.”

We did as he said, shifting behind the door. Claire’s smaller frame fit into the corner with me behind her, stopping a few inches back to give her some space. Jim opened the door a couple inches, peering out. But then his hand shoved me farther back out of the way while he opened the door wider.

“Hello officer!” he said brightly. “What can I do for my local friendly TSA agent today?”

It freaked me out a little that we were in a position where we couldn’t even trust security personnel to know Claire and I were there, but it only bothered me for a moment before I realized what other position we were in: Claire pushed up against a wall, me right behind her with my dick nestled right up against her ass. I was never more grateful to be past the teenage years of uncontrollable erections as I was right at that moment.

“Got ID?” came a voice, presumably the TSO.

“Sure do!” Jim said. I heard him rustle around, probably fishing out his badge. “Good enough? Good. Have a nice day now.”
