“Because I have a friend who has a friend who’s producing home renovation shows and they just greenlighted the Bramblehill House Reno project.Ifyou’re interested.”

Harper beamed at me and the sun made a rare winter appearance, bathing her in a pool of late-afternoon light.

“Really?”

I nodded. “Really.”

“So I have a job?Wehave a job? Together?” Her voice inched up an octave, bubbly with excitement.

“If you want it, it’s yours.”

“Oh, Jackson, that’s almost the best news I’ve heard all year!”

“What’s the best?” I raised my brows, cocking my head at her.

“I think you know,” she said, taking my face in her hands and kissing me softly on the lips. “But I’ll say it again, just for good measure. I love you, Jackson Montgomery.”

“And I love you, Harper Fitzpatrick of Bramblehill House.”

EPILOGUE: HARPER

TheBramblehill House Renoshow was a huge hit. We topped the charts, mainly because Jackson is gorgeous and I’m a seasoned broadcast professional. Starlight Bay is a charming backdrop and people love the beachy vibe. I credit most of the success to Earl Grey, though. He was the breakout star of the show. He’s probably getting a spin-off, not even kidding.

Jackson asked me to move in with him while Bramblehill House was a construction/recording zone, and I said “Yes!” a million times over. Once we wrapped Season One of the show and Bramblehill House was complete, I went ahead and listed it as a vacation rental.

And guess who my first potential guest was? Clark and his date-du-jour. I politely declined his rental offer and moved along with my life. Perks of being the one calling the shots.

As for Logan, he’s taking great care of Jackson’s cactus until the right woman comes along.

My mom’s planning a visit in the spring. She’s waiting until the weather gets warmer, but she’s excited to meet my handy new boyfriend. And who can blame her? The guy really knows how to screw and drill.
