“DoI?” I cross my arms over my chest. “What do I know?”
“You know we all love you and want to bond with you,” Eldrin answers, seriousness filling his voice. “None of us take this lightly. But what I believe Oakes means to say is that we aremeantto bond.Fated mates.”
My eyebrows rise defiantly with the claim. “Just because some seer, who, by the way, doesn’t seem to be all-knowing, says that we should defy the rest of Elfhame and mate, doesn’t mean we should. What if Neven is behind all of this? What if she put a spell on you, and this is all some elaborate plot?”
“True, it could be a spell,” Jaden agrees. “But does itfeellike that to you?”
“Well, sort of…” I shrug, feeling small and lost. “Please, look at it from my point of view for a moment. It seems crazy that all three of you would wantme. I’m mortal, raised as a servant. Sure, I’m pleasant enough to look at, but compared to the magical beauty of an elf, I’m unattractive.”
Eldrin, Jaden, and Oakes all jump to their feet, standing in protest at my words. I’m startled when they all surround me, crowding me in.
“Don’t speak of yourself like that anymore,” Eldrin commands. “That is a royal order. Do you understand me?”
I gulp at their intensity.
When I don’t agree right away, Jaden pulls me up into his arms, his hands under my ass, wrapping my legs around his waist. The other two close in, pressing their bodies against mine.
Jaden locks eyes with me. “Do you understand how it hurts our hearts to hear you speak like that about yourself? I realize now that I’ve failed to let you know how completely fucking desirable you are.”
Goddess, his intensity and conviction leaves me speechless.
“And how stunningly beautiful you are to us,” Oakes adds with a brush of his lips on my neck.
“Inside and out,” Eldrin adds, nipping at my ear.
My breathing is shaky with their rapt attention. “Alright. I will speak kinder about myself,” I concede. “But?—”
Jaden growls, sensing an argument. “Answer us this. What doyouwant?” His eyes seem to see into my soul.
I shift uneasily in his arms. “I… I…” I hesitate. My next words will change my life and their lives forever. “I want you.”
Jaden holds me tighter in his powerful arms, and with my legs wrapped around his narrow waist, I can almost feel him vibrate with joy.
I turn to Eldrin and to Oakes. “And you and you.”
The males rush to pull off my clothes while I’m still draped around Jaden’s waist. There’s a frenzy of kissing and nibbling along my neck, over the tops of my breasts. I wish one of them would finally pull my dress off to expose my naked flesh to them.
Then I sober before I’m completely lost in desire.
“But!” I hold up my hand, and they stop. “It seems quite selfish to have you all. And what if it’s the wrong choice for our safety, and the kingdom’s safety?”
“My spirit will wither and die without you.” Eldrin strokes my cheek. “The only place I will be safe is in your arms.” He grins seductively. “So, it seems selfish that you won’t keep me safe.”
I shake my head and chuckle at his statement. “You are ridiculous.”
“We will get through the threats, but I sense Neven is right. We will only survive if we are together.” Oakes brings my hand to his lips and kisses my fingers.
“Please take advantage of our open hearts and have your way with us,” Jaden says, mixing humor with seduction. He stares at my lips until I lean forward and kiss him.
“Well, when you put it that way,” I say.
With a soft touch of his finger, Eldrin turns me to face him. “Let us make you happy, so we can be happy.”
The elves each take turns kissing me slowly, passionately. With just their gentle kisses, my breathing becomes ragged, grinding myself on Jaden’s growing bulge in his pants. My skin flushes with arousal.
Eldrin finally pulls down my blouse and sucks on my hardened nipple. My head falls back against Oakes’ chest in bliss.
Oakes uses the moment to remove me from Jaden’s arms, and carries me over to Eldrin’s bed. He settles me on to the middle of the mattress.
