He nips at my jaw, and I decided I like to see this sweet, silly side of him.

“I’m not playing.” He winks. “I need you.”

“Aren’t you tired of me by now?”

“Never.” Serrat leans down and sucks my nipple into his hot mouth.

I gasp at the sudden sensation of his rough tongue on my sensitive flesh.

“Well, I would like to have more Gemma-time outside of the heat,” Zeek announces, now fully awake.

Zeek leans over Serrat to give me a kiss.

Crax pulls my hips back and rubs his engorged member along my wetness. Yet, he doesn’t enter me. He’s playing too.

I wiggle to tease him into following through with his taunting.

“Damn it, Earthling!” Crax hisses out in a strained voice. “You don’t want me to lock into you right now.”

“I don’t?” I ask with exaggerated confusion.

Rok laughs. It lightens my heart to hear him so carefree. I can feel his contentment through our bond. He warns with a smirk, “No. Because we will never get out of this bedroom.”

“Oh.” I ask with mock innocence, “Is that a bad thing?”

“No.” Serrat swats my bottom, and I yelp, but only from surprise. “Butyouare naughty.”

Crax grumbles and then says with regret, “Gemma, love. As much as I want to bury myself deep inside you, we need to run more tests.”

“I’ll help,” Rok volunteers.

“Ugh. Do we have to do more tests?” I whine.

“I promise to make them fun,” Rok grins suggestively.

“Well, inthatcase.” I crawl out of bed, wiggling my hips to catch my males’ attention.

Zeek nips my ass, and I squeal, hurrying out of his grasp.

“I can help too!” Zeek chases after me.

“I think Rok is already more than enough of a distraction.” Crax shakes his head with a grin.

I stand there naked and defiant, with my hands on my hips. “I thought I was the boss around here?”

“Welcome to my life,” Serrat chuckles. “I can never get these cubs to listen.”

“Hmm.” I tap my lips, thinking. “I’m sure I could think of somepunishmentsfor your misbehavior.”

“Punish me first!” Zeek leaps forward to catch me, and I run to the med lab.

Rok and Crax follow me in. While Zeek has given up the chase. He knows better than to mess with Crax’s exams.

It might mean they can help their species survive if we can figure out what happened to me and if we can replicate it with willing participants.

I hop up on the exam table. “We’ve been so wrapped up in each other. I feel like we’ve neglected Leva.”

Rok smiles at my question. I sense he’s happy that I’m thinking of their ship’s feelings. “I sent Zeek and Serrat to talk to her.”
