She didn’t seem to like the pace he set because her arms went around his neck, and she pressed her lips harder against him. He deepened the kiss, giving her his tongue. He couldn’t believe how quickly things got out of control. He guessed he should probably pull back, but his body demanded he make her his. He didn’t want to do that in a hotel office.

“Which room is yours, Honey?”

She told him and then leaned in for another kiss.

He stood and started to walk toward the door.

“Wait,” she said and looked back at the desk. “I need my papers.”

“What’s on them?” he asked.

“Condos and job openings.”

“Is that it?”

She nodded.

“You don’t need the papers then because you’ll be with me, living in my house, and I won’t allow you to work away from me,” he told her.

He watched her digest that information, and he relaxed when she just nodded.

“Can I walk?”

He set her on her feet but kept ahold of her hand. The tension between them as they rode up in the elevator grew exponentially every second. If there hadn’t been anyone else in the elevator, he would have had her up against the wall and his hands all over her.

When they finally made it to her room, he had the door locked and was kissing her with a passion that left them both breathless.

He picked her up and carried her to one of the bedrooms, where he laid her down in the middle. He then stood up and started to unbutton his shirt, never taking his eyes off her.

“You know where this is going, right?” he asked.

She nodded.

“I need to warn you that once you give yourself to me, that’s it. You’re mine for the rest of our lives.”

“But, how do you know I’m the one for you?” she asked.

“I knew the instant I saw you that you were the one I’ve been looking for,” he said. “How did you feel about me?” He slid his shirt off and threw it onto one of the chairs. He loved the way her eyes went over him. It seared every pore in his body andmade his already hard cock turn to steel.

“I … I thought you were very handsome and big, and I felt safe with you. I also liked when you touched me. It made my body tingle all over,” she said.

If he hadn’t loved her before, he did at that moment. “Can you see yourself with me forever?”

She nodded. “I can’t see my life without you. I didn’t think I had a chance, especially when I saw you with the woman.”

“Now that you know she was a friend and that I want you so bad my teeth ache, are you good?”

Courtney nodded again.

He bent down with one knee on the mattress and started pulling her clothing off. When he got her down to her panties and bra, she crossed her arms over her body, trying to hide it from him.

He shook his head. “Oh, no. You’ll never get away with that. I want to see all of you. I want to know what is mine.”

She looked over at the window. “Can’t we close the drapes?”

He smiled and shook his head. “No.”

She sighed and dropped her arms.
