Her hands roamed over my back, and her nails lightly scraped my skin as she whispered my name like a mantra. I watched her and memorized every expression and sound she made.

“Fallon,” I rasped.

“I’m yours,” she whispered.

Hearing those words sent a jolt of something primal through me. My movements quickened, and my hips snapped against hers as I chased the release building between us. She matched me, and her body rose to meet mine with each thrust.

Her moans grew louder, and her nails dug into my shoulders as she trembled beneath me. “Compass, I’m so close,” she gasped.

“I’ve got you, Fallon,” I promised and reached down to stroke her clit in time with my thrusts.

Her body tensed, and her head fell back against the pillow as she cried out. Her orgasm ripped through her, and the sight of her coming undone beneath me was enough to push me over the edge.

I buried myself deep and groaned her name as my release hit.

We stayed like that for a moment, our bodies entwined, and our breath mingled as we came down together.

I rolled onto my side and pulled Fallon into my arms. Her skin was warm against mine, and her head nestled perfectly against my chest. I let out a contented sigh as my fingers trailed absently along her side.

“That was... wow,” she murmured, her voice soft and a little breathless.

I chuckled and pressed a kiss to her hair. “Wow, is right.”

She giggled, the sound light and carefree. “Thank God I didn’t have more than two drinks tonight.” She turned in my arms to face me.

“Two seems like the magic number for you, babe,” I teased and tightened my hold on her. “Any more and you might not have remembered just how damn good we are together.”

She tilted her head up to look at me. “Oh, I think I would’ve remembered that.”

I smirked. “Damn right, you would.”

Her laughter was soft and sweet.

“You know,” she said as she brushed her fingers across my jaw, “I’m pretty sure I’m going to want to do that again... and soon.”

I leaned in close and let my lips brush her ear. “Oh, don’t you worry. We’ll do that again. And again. And again,” I whispered.

She let out a quiet laugh, and her cheeks flushed a little. “Okay, okay,” she said. “But maybe after a quick nap first.”

“A nap, huh?” I grinned and pulled the blanket up over us. “That’s probably a good idea. You’re going to need all the rest you can get, babe, because I’m not done with you yet.”

She yawned, the sound soft and a little contagious. “See, just a tiny nap will do,” she murmured, her voice already thick with sleep.

I held her closer and felt her body relax against mine as her breathing evened out. “Get some rest, Fallon,” I said softly and pressed another kiss to her temple.

We both were going to need it.

Chapter Twenty

Fallon

The water cascaded over us, hot and soothing against my skin as I clung to Compass, my legs still wrapped tightly around his waist. My body trembled with the final waves of my orgasm, which left me breathless and utterly spent.

“Oh my god,” I gasped, and my head fell back against the cool tile.

“Just Compass, babe. No need to call me God,” he teased with a wicked grin.

I dropped my forehead against his chest and laughed. The sound bubbled up unexpectedly. “You are such a putz,” I said, my voice muffled against his skin.
