Page 21 of Christmas Kisses

"I want to touch you," I whisper.

Immediately, my hands are freed, and I wrap my arms around him. It's silly, but I don't really want to let him go. He lifts himself on his forearms and looks into my eyes. I open my mouth to moan, but nothing comes out. My orgasm is building and building inside me, and the closeness that I feel to Ben is making it easy to just let go. Let it happen.

My moan finally comes out as my pussy convulses around Ben's fingers. He doesn't stop thrusting until all my tremors have stopped, and I'm finally limp underneath him. He tradesplaces with me so that his back is to the seat of the couch, and I'm on top of him. I grab his shirt and make a fist. I want this man to be mine.

We wait a few minutes until my heartbeat returns to normal. Ben keeps placing small kisses on top of my head, and I marvel at how gentle and kind he can be.

Now, I can show him how not-so-gentle I can be. I reach for the button of his jeans and unfasten it. Then the zipper goes down. When I'm about to go fishing inside his boxers, a phone rings.

"I'm sorry. I need to get that. That's my grandma's ringtone."

We sit back on the couch while he takes the call. I use a throw that's on top of my chair to cover myself. Whatever is going on at the other end of that line seems to be important. Ben looks at me anxiously after he hangs up.

"My grandmother has had a fall. Danny took her to the hospital. I've got to go."

"Can I come with you? I'll get dressed really fast."

"Are you sure, though? You'll be meeting my family."

"I think I can handle it."

If I wasn't freaked out before, I am now. Just how big is the Hoffer family, and will Grandma Esther like me? I guess I am about to find out.

Chapter 8

Ben

It took about two hours for the doctors to finish taking care of my granny. In the meantime, my family kept trying to make conversation with Sam, with the intent of finding out just how serious we were. If I knew, I would tell them. All of my brothers made an effort to make small talk with her, and so did my dad, who was rather relaxed for someone whose mother had a broken leg. My mom was too concerned about the aftercare Granny was going to need, but she was very polite whenever they interacted.

Finally, Granny was wheeled out by an orderly, and we were ready to take her to my parent's house. I wasn't the one brave enough to give her that news, so I just simply said hello to herand gave her a kiss. I introduced Sam to her and she gave her a smile.

"Well, aren't you a pretty little thing?" Granny says.

"Oh, I don't know about the little part, ma'am."

"You can call me Granny or Esther. My grandsons like women with some meat on them, so don't you worry."

If Sam wasn't red before, she turned as red as a tomato now. I happened to like Sam's curvy figure.

"Stop that Granny, you're embarrassing Sam."

"You need to know if she's made of stern stuff. Otherwise, she won't stand a chance being a Hoffer."

"Oh god, Esther, didn't they give you any sedatives? You need to chill." My mother says.

I glance at Sam and she gives me a worried look. It would be just my luck that my grandmother scared away the woman I was growing to love.

Sam moves to the side and lets the family pass. They were following Grandma out of the hospital. Looking over at Sam again, I wonder if I can make a case for finishing our date.

After all, she wanted to be by my side here at the hospital. I wasn't really ready to part just yet. I grab her hand and intertwine our fingers together, then pull her towards the emergency room exit. The closer we got to the parking lot, the louder Granny’s protests were. I guess they told Granny they weren't taking her home.

Thankfully, I was parked a few rows over from my parents. All I could see from here was my parents and brothers circling Granny and trying to convince her this was best for her. If they didn't convince her, one of us was probably going to have to go live with her. I guess we could do a rotation that included Dad. It'd be inconvenient, but I think Granny would be better off that way.

I wasn't the one that was going to give them the idea, though. Besides, right now, I have a date to finish.

"What did you think of everyone?" I ask.

"They were all very kind to me. Your grandmother is a spitfire."
