Hudson leaned over them both, his hands tender as he stroked Kit’s back and kissed his shoulder gently.

“You did so well,” Hudson murmured, his voice rough with recent passion. “Both of you, just perfect.”

Connie lifted his hand to Kit’s chin, tilting his face up for a deep, lingering kiss that spoke volumes of gratitude and affection. The warmth of their bodies intertwined created a cocoon of intimacy that none of them wanted to leave.

“We should probably clean up,” Connie said eventually, though he made no move to disentangle himself.

“In a minute,” Kit protested weakly, already half asleep against Connie’s sturdy frame. Hudson chuckled softly, the sound vibrating through his chest.

“Oh, babe, you’ll complain if you wake up sticky.” Hudson kissed the top of Kit’s head. “Come on, up you go.”

Kit hardly moved as Hudson cleaned him, then Connie. Finally, Hudson joined them, pulling Kit into his embrace.

“As much as tomorrow is important, tonight is just about us—no fears, no worries about what comes next.” Connie stroked Kit’s damp hair back from his face.

“That’s right,” Hudson added, pressing a kiss to Kit’s naked shoulder. “Just us, here for you, always.”

Kit looked between them both, seeing nothing but genuine love reflected back at him. For perhaps the first time since the impending visit had been mentioned, a wave of calm assurance washed over him.

“Thank you,” he whispered, feeling a weight lift off his shoulders. “For everything.”

“We’ll always be here,” Connie promised softly.

“And remember, our door is always open for more lessons if needed,” Hudson added, pulling Kit in closer for another hug.

Kit giggled as he settled down in bed, covered by the quiet comfort of their shared warmth and affection. The only reality that mattered was here and now—the warmth of his mates’bodies, the comfort of their embrace, and the deep, unshakeable bond that linked them together.

“Want to trade places?” Connie asked. “You don’t usually sleep in the middle.”

“I’m fine for tonight.”

“Okay, just checking.”

Kit nestled deeper into the embrace, every muscle in his body relaxed and content. His mind, often a whirlwind of thoughts and what-ifs, was surprisingly quiet. The comfort and security he felt with Hudson and Connie made all external concerns fade into irrelevance.

It wasn’t long before Kit’s eyelids grew heavy, the exertions of their passionate evening catching up with him. As he drifted off to sleep, he felt Hudson adjust their positions slightly, making sure Kit was snug between himself and Connie.

It was these small acts of care and attention that spoke the loudest about their love for him.

THE MORNING light cast a gentle glow across the room. Kit blinked his eyes open to find himself still enveloped in Hudson’s and Connie’s arms.

The intimacy of waking up together like this—untouched by the world outside their door—was something Kit had grown to cherish deeply.

“Morning,” Hudson murmured, his voice hoarse with sleep but filled with warmth.

“Good morning,” Connie chimed in, his hand brushing lightly over Kit’s hair.

They spent a few moments in silence, simply enjoying the closeness.

“We should probably get up,” Kit said, not moving.

“Probably,” Hudson said in agreement.

Connie laughed. “Let’s not all move at once, though.”

Kit snorted. It appeared as if no one was in a rush to get up.

Connie chuckled, which made Hudson laugh too. Then Kit’s stomach growled.
