Darlene and I snicker together, holding hands. “They’re delicious, aren’t they?” I ask, this time actually keeping my voice lowered.
“I envy you.” She cups my cheek. “But you’re well?”
I nod against her palm. “I am. Very well. Happy too.” She pats my face before grabbing onto her walker again.
“I know they’ve got plans to whisk you away, but it was so lovely to see your face. It’s been too long.”
Guilt ebbs its way into my chest, but I push it down. Darlene and I have spent at least an hour every Sunday on the phone catching up where she fills me in on all the gossip surrounding her family drama. I tell her about each new thing Gabriel does, but I have missed seeing her.
I hug her family before giving her one more tight squeeze. Before I know it, I’m shuffled back to the car with me leaning over Ezra to wave goodbye as we pull away from the curb.
The smile I’m wearing is locked on all the way to a fancy hotel we’re apparently staying at tonight. It’s getting close to dinner, but I’m just so happy with our short visit that I don’t ask about a thing. I let them take the lead and before I know it, we’re checking out our suite for the night.
Kevin helps me sit on the edge of the bed while Richard is already on the phone, placing an order for a large meal to be delivered through their room service. Kneeling before me,mi capitánslips my shoes from my feet and I groan when he rubs the aches away.
Falling back, I close my eyes, only for them to shoot open when hands wrap around my ankles to spread my legs wide. “Wha?—”
Kevin flips my dress up and presses his lips to the inside of my thigh. He grins up at me when I push myself part way up to look at him. “Lay back, Miri. We told you. You’re getting your pussy eaten tonight.”
I grin when Richard slips a pillow under my head and urges me to lie back again, then I moan loudly when I feel teeth dig into my flesh, then a tongue drag up until it circles my clit.I shudder and reach for Richard’s cock, growing hard already through his pants.
Dios mio, these men are going to be the death of me. And they spend all night doing their best to prove me right.
EPILOGUE 3
MIRIAM
4 years later
I twist the fabric in my hand, shooting a look over the two oldest of my younger brothers who are huddled around the kitchen island busily eating all of our leftovers. Richard raises a brow at me in question as he carries the duffle bag I packed outside to the car.
“You going to just stand there or go get your stalker?”
Sticking my tongue out at him, he laughs and continues on. I’ve been considering this for a long time, but between having Gabriel, then the twins two years later, I haven’t taken the full step to give Ezra what he fully wants.
It’s not that he’s been asking or pushing me, but I know he has a kink that I haven’t fully fulfilled yet. I’m intrigued, but nervous nonetheless. Eyeing my brothers again, I head to the living room with my present in hand.
Kevin is sitting on the couch with his feet up reading a book, but I see him watching Thane and Liam, the twins, bang plastic blocks together as Gabriel and Ezra show them how to connect them together to create towers.
“You gotta put ‘em like dis!” Gabriel cries, taking one of the red blocks from Liam. He sets it up just right, then grabs one ofhis soldier figurines and hides him up top. “Now he’s got a tower to watch for bad guys.”
Ezra is laying on his stomach, fixing the position of the last of the army men, Thane leaning against him between his arms. “Go get him, buddy,” he urges, and my baby boy picks up the package the blocks are kept in and starts whacking the newly built base over.
Thankfully, my oldest son isn’t bothered. He just sighs and starts gathering everything together to rebuild. I meet Kevin’s eyes and nod my head, letting him know we’re going to leave soon. He sets his book to the side and calls the boys to him for hugs.
Ezra rolls to his side to watch with a touch of confusion. “Where you going, Kev?”
Instead of answering, Kevin kisses all the boys as they climb over him, and I move closer to Ezra before dropping my present in front of him. It’s one of those skeleton face coverings you see in the movies when badass army guys are about to go on a mission.
He picks it up to unfold, then jerks his head over to me as soon as he realizes what I’ve given him. A wild look passes behind his eyes and his mouth turns into a mischievous grin.
Getting up on hands and knees, he sits back to look up at me. “Really?”
I shrug like it’s no big deal. “I’m not sure what you’re asking. The guys are taking me on a hike this afternoon. You want to come?”
Ezra shoots to his feet and rushes to the boys. Kissing them on top of their heads quickly, he runs past me out of the room. “I have to grab something!” he shouts as he passes by and I cover my mouth to hide a laugh.
Before I have a chance to leave the room, he’s rushing back inside, skidding to a stop and breathing hard. “Do you think your brothers will babysit?”
