“Are you kidding? It would be awkward as hell.”

I need to find a way for him to go. Because if he goes, we will leave faster. And get back to what we had been doing earlier. “But if I drink too much, I’ll have to stay the night and then you won’t get any of this,” I say as I rip his t-shirt over my head, letting my breasts bounce from the movement.

He rounds the island and his hands are on me in seconds. “You are a bad influence.”

“Oh, I can be bad alright,” I say as I drag a finger down his bare chest to the top of his low hanging shorts.

He grabs my hand and pulls it away. “You might want to brush your hair first; you look like you’ve been thoroughly fucked.”

I giggle. “I am pretty sure I have.”

He shakes his head at me. “You leave first, I’ll show up in a little bit.”

“Hell no. You won’t come if I leave first.”

“What was that about coming?” he smirks.

I wrap my arms around him, my tits smashing against his chest. I can feel his cock hardening against my stomach. “There will be lots of coming later as long as you go with me. Your house is on the way to his. I can say I picked you up.”

“And why would you do that?”

“Well, because we talk sometimes since you are Mac’s cousin. And I am being a nice southern woman offering you a ride.”

He squeezes my ass. “I better be getting a good ride for this later. Will Mac even be there?”

“Mac always finds a way to end up at my family functions. Even before Rae married his best friend. I think he went into the wrong field, should have been a reporter. He’s good at lying his way into things.”

Ryder looks down at me and smiles. “I’ll go put some real clothes on then.”

I lean up on my toes and kiss him. He walks upstairs as I put my clothes back on. This is probably a bad idea.

“Look what the cat dragged in,” Rae hollers as I jump out of my car.

“Yeah, yeah whatever. Laney got me drunk last night.”

“I’m sure you did that on your own, T,” Rae fires back.

I go to smack her upside the head until I see two margaritas in her hand. “One of those better be for me.”

“Duh.” She looks over at Ryder who emerges from the other side of the car and whispers, “You datin’ someone?”

I make a face at her. “Please. Would I really date one of these rednecks?”

“I’m just jokin’ with you. I know that’s Mac’s cousin. I helped him move.”

I sigh a bit of relief at that.

“Hey Ryder. How’s the house?” she asks him.

“Great,” he replies dully.

He better not act this way the whole time. He was fine the entire drive here. Laughing and teasing me. He even tried to distract me with his hands but I was not having it.

I roll my eyes. “Let’s go let brother dearest know I showed up.”

She wraps her arm through mine and we walk off toward the back porch, Ryder trailing behind us.
