Page 60 of Awakening His Daddy

“Sure, but I can’t guarantee they won’t be all one big knot.”

“You’ll have to get them all out then because…” I hold up my cast.

“You’re going to milk that for all it’s worth,” he teases.

“I’m going to milk you for all you’re worth,” I tease back.

“Izzy.”

“What? It wasn’t a sexual comment, it was the truth. Now if I said you could milkme, that would be sexual.”

“I can’t milk you?”

“Sure you could, just not my nipples.” I wink, and he thinks for a moment. I can tell when he realizes what I meant because his eyes flash with heat.

Yeah. You like that idea, Daddy?

He shakes his head and drags a giant box over.

“Will Leo be upset if we do this without him?”

“Leo, the prissy little twink who hates getting dirty and doing any kind of manual labor?” I ask. Unless it’s fucking a lumberjack. Then he’ll work and get dirty, but I shouldn’t tell his dad that.

He laughs. “Good point.”

I spend the next hour getting the lights separated and arranged by color. I think they would normally go outside, but because there’s so much snow, they’re going inside.

“Daddy?”

Joe comes in from the kitchen.

“Yeah, baby?”

“I’m ready. Can you help me?”

“Of course. Let me just get dinner on the fire.”

“What are you making?”

“Beef pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and celery.”

“I don’t like celery.” I pout hard.

“If you eat the carrots, you don’t need to eat celery.”

“Good, because celery is stringy and tastes like feet.”

He laughs and kisses the top of my head.

“Alright. Tell me what to do.”

“Do you have a ladder?”

He goes to the hall closet and pulls out a tall ladder.

“I hope all of these lights actually work. It would suck to take them down once the power comes back on,” he says.

“I was worried too, but now it will be a surprise.”
