The angel on the top stared at them with a frozen look of sorrow etched into its face.

He laughed out loud, and again, everyone looked at him.

“Sorry for the inappropriate timing. Rinnon said something ridiculous, and for me, it’s like he’s here talking.”

“So she was dumped here from a club. I’m going to go out on a limb here, and say that Mathew was hunting at the club, dragged her here with the intent of using her as asacrifice in some spell, and used some of her blood to activate whatever he’s using to raise the dead.”

You would be correct, Mon Amour. Jolie didn’t need blood, but her reanimation of your parents wasn’t to control them. It was just to bring them back.
